The pool and restaurant/bar was nice. We did not receive our complimentary bottle of wine. We also had to call her two days for them to finally bring us some new towels.

Old resort, some rooms need renovation. We have changed our room, the first one was very outdated and had some odd smell. The second room was good. It was renovated and no carpet. Overall was OK.

Nice area but nothing around for groceries or restaurants. You are very limited unless you want to leave the property. The property was also under construction from the hurricane (very understandable) but only one elevator so we had to go quite a way to get to out room as there was only one eland it’s a big property.

We were bummed some of the areas were closed and the pool heater wasn' working. It wasnt clear how trash and housekeeping worked and had to figure it out and ask as we went rather than explain up front.

All them pictures in the hotel website are misleading , elevator was not functioning every time I call front desk about some thing they don’t know, and I realized they changed $40 extra on my credit card….i will not recommend it at all

Property itself it’s okay for the money(value).They only clean the rooms every 3 days. The elevator wasn’t working. Cleanliness is ok. Heater in the pool broken as well.

We paid extra for a poolside room. When we arrived they had given our room away and tried telling us that they had given us an upgrade! We paid extra for the poolside room! According to the website, the poolside rooms cost more which is why ours was gone and had been given away!! Total Bait and Switch here!
