It is in a good location but the guy at the front desk was very rude to me. Also, the air condition ing stopped working the 2nd night i stayed and there was a big dead bed bug on my bed in the morning! The elevators were broken too but i think that was due to the hurricane.

Staff was all nice except for the security guard who greeted us on the evening of October 19 around 9 pm. He was rude maybe having a bad day but I work in hospitality and his greeting was lousy.

The staff was very professional and communicated well. There were some limitations due to the recent hurricanes and some areas that were damaged, but the property did a good job of letting us know in advance. Good amount of space and good location with water views!

Large space, but that was about it. Very dated property. Front desk had difficulty explaining where to park and where the room was located. Room was clean. For the price, it was hardly worth it. Expedia said I would receive a bottle of wine for a welcome amenity. No bottle was given by the property.

I called to ask about my reservation and was told my stay was cancelled. On a cruise ship during the hurricane and our cruise was extended due to unsafe travel conditions. I called to ask about my reservation, the lady was rude and said they didn't reopen until Wednesday. when I asked again about my reservation, she didn't respond, so I asked twice thinking she couldn't hear me. She responded "I said we don't reopen until Wednesday!" I told her thank you for your rude customer service, I hope you have a great day. SO RUDE and very unprofessional. So I didnt' get to stay and can't offer any other details for this review! Not happy, no notification of the cancellation and I haven't been refunded yet!

Gorgeous location, great rooms. I guess. We never got to stay here. We had a reservation after Helene passed. We messaged them the night before our reservation asking if there would be any problems due to the hurricane and were told No. The next day we called for our airport shuttle and were told the hotel was closed. They said it would open the next day, but when we called the next day they said they were closed again, and would open tomorrow. Tomorrow we called, they were stilled closed and told us to call the day after. Poor communication during a difficult time. Hoping for a prompt refund.
