Overall the room was ok. Howev3r the shower in the bathroom was very slippery and my husband slippex and hit his head.no managers were onduty st the time.

My only issue was asking the front desk if we could delay our checkout time from 12 noon to 1:30pm. This was due to our flight leaving at 3:06pm. The front desk person advised we could only delay our stay to 12:30pm versus 1:30pm. I assumed that our room was booked following our stay, however the hotel didn't seem fully occupied.

First of all bed are extremely flimsy. Lowest level of quality and comfort causing us lower back pain. Staff very rude and uncooperative. We requested couple extra pillows and they were denied to us and when we requested extra hands towels they questioned why and what for. When we requested to cancel our stay she denied to cancel and they charged us parking which we were not even there. We will never recommend anyone to stay in Fairfield.
