The hotel was located in a city center with nice restaurants and shopping. However, it felt like staying in a dorm room. Uncomfortable bed, cheap fixtures, plastic shower, noisy bar areas that you can hear from the room, no maid service for the three days we were there…even though I kept asking.

Overbooking Hotel = Angry/disappointed Travelers
When we arrived in the evening for check-in, tired from a busy day, bags in-hand, we were told they were overbooked. We were offered transportation to a sister property, but we were never notified in advance that rooms would not be available and what options there might be. That is a terrible policy and total violation of customer trust, not to mention, a sure way to destroy brand loyalty.

When arriving to check in we were handed a letter saying they have to relocate us to a sister hotel because they over-booked the hotel. I am upset that we were not notified by email, text, or phone call prior to arriving.
