We're thrilled to announce that despite the recent challenges from Hurricanes Helene and Milton 🌀, our condos have come through unscathed and are ready to host you once again! Although we did lose our patio furniture near the dock area due to the recent storms, we’re working on replacing it over time. Don’t worry though - you'll still have comfy chairs on your condo balcony to enjoy the view! While we're busy tidying up the grounds 🧹, we're happy to report that everything is looking great and will be back to normal very soon. Both the beaches in Clearwater Beach and the sunset out at the pier make this part of Florida a must-see. You are surrounded by impressive, sedate waterfront homes and resorts. Claim your little bit of paradise in this recently remodeled two bedroom/two bathroom condo overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
This contemporary, condo comfortably sleeps 6. One king-size bed in the primary bedroom with an attached full bathroom with tub/shower combination, two queen sized beds in the guest room with guest bathroom across the hall, and a sleeper-sofa bed is in the main room for extra guests.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. Appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and drip pot coffee maker.
The unit comes with cable TV in the living room and a TV w/cable in the primary bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the patio/dock area.
The unit is located on the top floor, right corner (there is no elevator, stairs only to the second floor). The unit location is perfect for watching sunsets, or the passing of a few dolphins and manatees off the dock. The condo comes with ONE free parking space - parking is limited and we can only guarantee one space per booking. Please use all we have to offer: intracoastal waterway frontage, use of charcoal grills, lounge chairs, coin operated laundry on the 1st floor.
Within 1-2 miles you can access a wide variety of restaurants, a Publix supermarket and quality shops along S Gulfview Blvd, Coronado Dr and Mandalay Ave. If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Some of our favorites include Cesare at The Beach, Columbia Restaurant Sand Key, Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, Caretta on The Gulf, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Sea-Guini, Blinkers, Brown Boxer North, Ocean Hai, Kaia Bowls, and Clear Sky Café.
If you are feeling ‘beach mellow’, leave your car parked and hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. We are fewer than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, one-time home of dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2. Or head south to Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach.
Farther afield, the condo is less than an hour from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowry Park rated among “top 25 Zoos in U.S.” by Trip Advisor , Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.

***RENTAL AGREEMENT/AGE POLICY: Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID and completion of our signed electronic rental agreement. Must be 25+ to rent. We have the right to terminate your booking if additional verification is not provided.
***SMOKING POLICY: We do not allow smoking in our condo, or on our balconies as it negatively impacts other guests who are renting.
***SERVICE FEES: Travelers will be charged a service fee when reserving online. This fee is charged to the traveler’s credit card once the booking has been accepted.
***DAMAGE INSURANCE: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a one time damage fee, plus tax if applicable. The damage fee covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property (E.g. furniture, fixtures and appliances) provided you report the damage to the host PRIOR to check out.
***PET POLICY: Our unit is pet friendly, please note a $150 pet fee + applicable taxes will apply to any guests bringing a pet. The pet fee is NOT already included in your rate, the fee will be added on and charged after booking. Please be aware the City of Clearwater does NOT permit dogs on any of its public beaches.
***BEACH EQUIPMENT: We try to keep two beach chairs and an umbrella in each unit, we just do not guarantee these items. You will also find two large brown storage totes on the south side of the building filled with beach equipment (all items are offered on a first come first serve basis). If you need recommendations for beach equipment rentals or baby equipment rentals, please feel free to ask and we will provide their contact information.
***LAUNDRY FACILITIES: The washer and dryer is located on the east side of the building and is not located inside of the unit. Please note we have a coin operated washer and dryer: $1.50 to wash, and $1.50 to dry.
***PARKING RULES: Regrettably, we have very limited parking at this building, and there is no street parking allowed. We only have enough space to accommodate one vehicle per booking. If we are not sold out we will do our best to accommodate requests to park additional vehicles. This will all depend on our availability, and our availability can change from day to day. Any additional vehicles must be approved by management and cannot be guaranteed.
