Terrible

After booking and receiving instant confirmation, 11 o'clock the night before we were flying out, the owner canceled the reservation. No other communication from him, he wouldn't even respond to text or voicemail. Called VRBO Customer Service, and spoke to a very rude man who eventually just transferred me back to the owner's voicemail. Did not help me at all and did not stand by the Travel With Confidence Pledge of VRBO. I have booked many times with VRBO and was extremely disappointed in this experience and the needless stress this experience caused me.
