Near Drew St and Belcher Rd in a quiet neighborhood, there's a large open living room, 2 King suites and 2 more bedrooms to sleep 10 people in real beds!

Swim in the big pool (heated to 83° in the winter), relax by the fire pit or cook on the BBQ.

The DETAILS:

This split-floorplan with 4 big bedrooms (6 beds) and space for everyone!

1) "The Beach Room" - Large master bedroom with a King bed, Roku TV and private attached bathroom.

2) "The Paris Room" - Second master with a King bed, Double bed and private attached bathroom. A crib is also available but tucked out of sight.

3) "The Quiet Room" - Queen bed, shares a large bathroom with the Twin Room

4) "The Twin Room" - Two Twin beds, with a bookshelf and a desk. Shares a bathroom with the Quiet Room.

All three bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Extra bed linens as well.

The living room is spacious, with a fireplace, Roku TV, three couches and lots of other seating. A sliding glass door opens right to the pool.

Two dining tables can seat up to 12 people.

The kitchen includes dishes, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle. And of course a stove, oven and refrigerator/freezer too.

The backyard has a large, in-ground pool that is fully screened-in and heated in the winter. NOTE the pool is heated to 83° in the winter. This makes it swimmable all year round, but it is not a hot tub and can't get as warm as a jacuzzi or a bath :)

There is a propane BBQ grill, chairs and a table on the deck, shaded by a large umbrella. There is also a large side yard with a firepit and wood logs.

- Two TVs with Roku streaming devices for your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Plenty of free TV and movies to stream too.
- Coffee and tea, including a coffee maker and electric kettle

Perfect Location for a Reunion
We had a military veteran reunion and this was the perfect place to stay. From the beginning, the host was friendly and answered all of my questions. The property is beautifully laid out and close to everything. We stayed for four days and I highly recommend it for anyone traveling to this area. This will be a yearly get-together so I hope we are able to reserve again for next year!

Great Family Vacation
This house worked perfectly for our family ages 6 months-86 years old! Everyone had comfortable, clean beds and spacious bedrooms and it was very accessible for everyone! We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We also loved being able to drive to the beach, and to Tampa easily for a variety of things to do! We would certainly recommend and would book again!

Excellent for a multi-family party
The property owner had excellent communication. Before, during, and at the end, she was clear and concise about what to expect and what was expected. We were there during a cold snap and couldn't use the pool, but it was lovely to walk around and dream of using! The multi-bedroom/bathroom setup was very good for the number of family members we had. Loved that bedrooms were on both sides of the living room instead of all in one area. The master bathroom had the best lights and mirror/medicine cabinet I've seen. Loved it. Neighborhood was easy to get anywhere from and quiet and tree lined at the same time. Would happily stay again.

The house was perfect for us size wise etc but we unfortunately had to change places of stay six months prior as our normally place of stay is being taken down by new owners. We were only two walking blocks from the beach which just works better for us. Thank you again for a great house though if only it was in our normal area.

Quick weekend trip
We traveled the weekend after Thanksgiving and the house was amazing. Our kids especially loved the heated pool!! The location was great, close to Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Spring and the airport. The house was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Place was very clean well maintained! Has a nice pool. Venus checked in on us to make sure everything was good, let us know if we needed anything to let her know. We had family of 10 it was perfect! Highly recommend.

First, the home is much more spacious than it appears in the photos! We had a large group and were able to spread out. It was fantastic! The screened in pool area was awesome. No creepy critters swimming with you. Beautiful sunsets. Time will spent on a much needed vacay.

Spacious House in an Excellent Location
This was a very spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to the beaches without being right in the middle of the traffic and people. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed it every day we stayed. The beds were super comfortable. The hostess checked in periodically to make sure we didn't need anything. Check-in was easy and we really appreciated that the host didn't ask us to spend a day cleaning, doing laundry, taking out trash, etc. prior to check-out. If i had one suggestion for improvement, it would be that the arrangement of furniture with the one "community" TV was lacking in both space and comfort. We would have liked to have enjoyed some family movie time. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental!

Large home
This home is really spacious. It was very clean. Everything was great. My only complaint was the pool heater must have a faulty thermometer. The said it was 84* but the water was so cold we couldn’t get used to it. I did ask about the temperature but it didn’t get any warmer. We had planned to spend quite a bit of time on the pool and it was just too cold. Otherwise the place is great.

Conveniently located and well-appointed home away from home.
We stayed here with members of our extended family for a week. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and located in a great place with nearby walking/running routes, easy drive to ZooTampa and multiple aquariums, etc. at the end of a hot day, the pool was a great place to cool down and unwind. Communication with the host was well above what we’d expected and she was quickly able to answer any of our questions.

So accommodating
This house was perfect for our extended family of adults, children, and babies during our visit to Florida. The bedrooms are set up ideally for families with small children (with great beds!), and all the open living space made socializing all together so easy and comfortable. We had beautiful weather, so we were able to enjoy the perfectly warm pool, the yard, and the proximity to the beach -which was even better than expected. We initially rented this property so we could spend a few days visiting my grandpa, however he ended up passing away during our stay. Venus was so responsive and generous to our family, and we were able to stay in the house an extra two days to attend his funeral services. We were so grateful to have this space to gather and grieve, organize and plan. It really made a hard week much more bearable. It was altogether a very memorable trip, and we were so happy we picked this house. Maybe we will come back for spring training!! (We are actually from Philly 😜!) Thank you for accommodating us so well.

We were down in Florida for a long football weekend and had a great time. Located 15 minutes from the beach and half hour from airport/stadium. Plenty of places closeby for groceries (Costco, Target, etc). Lots of restaurants as well. Would recommend !

Perfect for what we needed!!
We were so impressed with this property and the hostess! We were in Florida to visit my grandma for her birthday. It was a quick two days trip but we wanted a place to come home to each day instead of a hotel. This house was perfect! We had our 2 year old with us, a first time traveler. The crib that was there was good but wasn't working for our baby so Venus rushed over with a pack and play which worked perfectly! We were so grateful! The location was great and close to all restaurants for quick deliveries! The pool was perfect after our long days and the bedrooms were very accommodating! We loved this house and hope to book it again during our next visit to visit my grandma! Thank you for everything!
