Noisy hotel

Very noisy right besides the airport, from 5am-2am from planes landing at 5am to other guests partying around 2am very little to no rest.

The first night the sheets and comforter were dirty. The house keeping staff did not clean my room for two days. The second day I spoke to the housekeeping lady and she said she could not clean the room while i was in there. I immediately left the room so it could be cleaned. I informed the front desk staff that I was out of the room so it could be cleaned. I returned to the room 3 hours later and the room was still dirty. I went back to the front desk to inform them that the room still hadn’t been cleaned and was told they were on lunch but would clean it once they were back. I left the room again and came back about 5 hours later to a dirty room. I informed the front desk and was told housekeeping was gone for the day.

Feedback on Recent Stay at Hotel Inn N-Clearwater

Dear Management Team, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent month-long business stay at Hotel Inn North Clearwater Ulmerton Road in June 2024. The exceptional hospitality of your staff truly made my stay memorable. Throughout my time at your hotel, I consistently encountered exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The room service was consistently excellent, promptly attending to all my needs. Despite experiencing issues with my room's AC and TV, the maintenance team acted swiftly to replace them with brand new units, which I greatly appreciated. I would like to extend special recognition to Aven and Jakeb from the front desk, who were particularly attentive and proactive in ensuring my comfort. I regret not inquiring about the names of other front desk staff members who also provided exceptional service. While my overall experience was positive, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the availability of laundry facilities was limited with only one washing machine and dryer. Adding additional machines would reduce waiting times and improve convenience, especially for guests with longer stays. Secondly, the upgrade of one elevator resulted in extended wait times, occasionally causing inconvenience when moving throughout the hotel. Despite these minor inconveniences, my stay at Hotel Inn North Clearwater Ulmerton Road was thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks & regards, Murali Sankara Narayanan, India.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I loved the fact that they had frest water with lemon at the front desk for everyone to enjoy. That was a big plus for me since it was so hot out.

Great customer service.

This hotel is clean for most part. We ran into a small issue where one bed looked clean but had a receipt from multi days before under covers. That night we just slept in it because it looked clean. We told front desk in the Am as a heads up. They front desk when above and beyond to correct the mistake. 💯 would stay here again.

The door handle to our room fell off as soon as we tried to open the door. That was just the beginning. The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the hot tub thats listed as one of the amenities. When I got to the hotel nobody told me the hot tub was broken and not working. Talking to the other guests in the pool, the hot tub hadn’t been working for 2 whole weeks.

The ac in the first room didn’t work and the bathtub was dirty. The hot tub doesn’t work. The elevator sounded like it was bout to give out. The room smelled moldy. There is no free breakfast.
