Location

Location only good thing although noise from bar behind property very loud. Entire place needs cleaned. Outdoor area seating cushions ripped. Lounge chairs broken. Bathroom sink remained plugged up even after maintenance said fixed. Left 3 days early.

Clean economical stay

The apartment was cean, economical priced and close eating and drinking establishments, shopping and entertainment. Could walk to almost everything. The shared courtyard was a bonus

A very cute little place, smaller than expected but clean. Parking is limited, especially if you have a large vehicle. Alan was very responsive!

Sunny St. Petersburg

A really great location—short ride to the beaches and to downtown St. Petersburg. And even better a very short walk to restaurants and entertainment on central avenue. Alan was quick to respond to any request.
