Halloween Mini-StayCay

Perfect site for what we wanted to do, quick trip to St Augustine for Halloween and watching Ga/Fla game! Location was walking distance to basically everything, and the home itself was actually MORE than we had hoped for! Spacious Kitchen, Living Room area!!! We Will Be Back!!

The house was as described. Great location. Close enough to walk to St George. Property managers were very responsive. There was a slight issue at check in that was quickly resolved. Perfect size for 4 adults. Kitchen and dining area were a great size. Note - if you are having groceries (or something) delivered ahead of time get the exact address from the property manager. The address listed once booked is for parking not the front entrance of the house.

prime location

We had a wonderful time for our 10 days in St Augustine. This property definitely contributed positively to our loving this area and our vacation. Our check in and communication with the property manager was easy and smooth. We had an issue with others parking in our spaces and it was quickly resolved. The property was spacious and comfortable. It was located within walking distance of all the action and we took advantage of this. The shops, restaurants, and historic sites were all an easy walk and the beach an easy drive. We had our Miniature American Shepherd and he was welcome in many places, including Vilano Beach-very dog friendly area. There are too many good restaurants to name one and we could enjoy good music any time we walked downtown! We are clean freaks, especially when it comes to rentals.The interior of the property appeared clean superficially but we would recommend a deep clean. The deck and outdoor property requires maintenance and did interfere with our enjoying the outdoors. Overall, it is a great property with a prime location .and we highly recommend

We enjoy our stay, is close to the historic district, very quiet place, good for small party of 4 adults or small family. Everything was just like the published photos of the property, only complaint was the noise made with one of the beds, that is located in the room close to the bathroom.
