Beautifully Updated 2 King Bedroom Condo w/view in St Augustine

Relax and unwind in this recently updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo just steps from the beach and pools. Enjoy the views of the pond and the Atlantic ocean in the distance from the open living area, master bedroom, and balcony. The Misty Mermaid is a 1 level, end unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine.

The space

The Kitchen
The condo has an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 stools, quartz counters and shaker cabinets. It is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, drip coffee maker, and keurig. We provide some keurig pods, cream, and sugar to start off your stay.

The Living area
In the living area we have a queen sofa bed, loveseat, coffee table and flat screen TV with cable. The WiFi password will be located in the Welcome Guide on the coffee table.

The bedrooms
There's a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. In the second bedroom there's also a king size bed. Both the bedrooms have smart TVs with cable, all of the pillow cases, sheets, and covers refreshed for each stay.

The Bathrooms
There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms which have, tiled showers. The one in in the main hallway has a bathtub. The master suite has it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and bathmats are provided and refreshed after each reservation.

The Dining Area
The dining area has a 4 person wooden table. There are also 2 stools at the breakfast bar.

Beach Amenities
For the beach we have beach towels, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, body boards, sand toys, and a wagon to help walk it over to the beach.

Laundry
The washer and dryer is located in the kitchen.

Extras
You’ll find we have stocked the condo with all the other necessities you would expect such as linens, towels, paper products and hand soap. We also provide some travel size toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Ocean Village Club Amenities
There's a variety of amenities at Ocean Village Club to keep our guests entertained. The amenities include 2 pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts, shuffle board, fitness room, covered picnic pavilion, charcoal bbq grills, car washing area and private beach walkway. The Misty Mermaid is located near both pools. One of the pools is heated during the winter and the other is next to the beach. The clubhouse has brochures for local attractions.

Parking
Guests will be given 2 passes for parking, one is reserved and the other is guest parking. Both parking spaces are in the parking lot outside the condo building.

Access Cards
Guests will be given 2 access cards for their stay. The access cards are for entry to the complex, pools, and beach. Replacement passes can be purchased for $65 at the clubhouse Monday thru Saturday in between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool, a spa tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features a garden and an elevator.

This St. Augustine condo is smoke free.
