Interesting experience.
Ultimately we ended up at The Creek View Villa, due to the 1st place we booked becoming unavailable prior to our departure, and when we arrived at the 2nd property they shifted us to we had to relocate because of an unforeseen issue.
Creek Villa is newly remodeled and very presentable inside, yet the grounds surrounding the property still need some care and attention, esp around the pool area where there is heavy soil erosion and ankle-breaker holes in the soil. We bought most of the everyday Kitchen items one would use, corkscrew, cutting pad, sharp kitchen knife, foil & wrap, etc because as we said, the house was just back on the rental block and useable items were at a minimum.
The 3 bedrooms were all nicely sized, crisp, modern, and spacious, but the house design always made us feel like it was better for a family of 4, maybe 5. Perfect for 4.
The staff was generally nice when working directly together, but difficult to get a hold of even during normal business hours. I think we were mistakenly connected to the office janitor at one point. His name was Tom and we could tell by his immediate unpleasantness that we pulled him away from his floor mopping. Stay away from Tom, ask for Nicholas instead and you'll be good.
If you're staying there over the winter or in temps of mid-60's during the day, make sure the pool heater is turned on at least 3 days before you get there!
