Beautiful beach, as always!

This was a large condo building located right at one of the entrances for vehicles to drive onto beach. This made for a more crowded beach area. The condo itself was a perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans etc. We were disappointed that there was no balcony. (It is an entirely enclosed room now.) There are rules about keeping your beach supplies inside the condo, not outside your door. Despite being able to rinse our stuff off outside, we still carried a lot of sand inside. Also to note: you are required to wash the towels and sheets before checking out. They are not professionally laundered.

We really enjoyed the easy access to a lovely beach. St. Augustine is a joy to visit. The condo was perfect for our family and very spacious! We would book again.
