Location of the hotel is very convenient for cruise terminal and for walking into the town. But the building definitely looks a bit rough in places and needs upgrading, particularly furnishings and bathrooms. However staff pleasant and helpful and food very good so may stay again.

Property was in a great location for our cruise. Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing major renovations during our stay. Staff was great, would give them a try once renovations are completed!!

Window open in room tiny heater did not heat up room and bathroom. Televised kept going off staff said they would come to the room they never showed up.Checking out somebody charged my room with food and drinks BEWARE

Hotel in middle of renovations so public areas very basic. Room very clean but missing fridge and tea tray offerings needed checking and replacing. Overall an ok stay.

While it is undergoing renovation, in its current state it looks and feels quite old and run down. The hallway carpeting is brand new and in excellent condition but the rooms are showing its age. The bathroom counter and tiles are not in good condition. The bathroom door of my room would not close due to severe wrapping. All the woodwork discolored, chipped, and over-caulked. Bathrooms did not have small face towels so that large towels had to used to washup in the shower. Water pressure was limited.
