Leeward II Unit 6 overlooks the beach! This 2nd-floor beachfront condo is in Seagrove, near Eastern Lake, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This condo is all about the beautiful gulf front view!

Up the stairs (the building does not have an elevator), the open kitchen and living area includes a sleeper sofa. Off the living area is the covered porch, perfect for watching the waves while taking a break from the sun. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a full bath, and a nook with a twin bed.

A private beach access is available for the building, while two public beach accesses are less than a 3-minute walk away. Additionally, a rare coastal dune lake has public beach access. Stroll to Eastern Lake, simply beautiful and only a five-minute walk from your condo, perfect for kids to splash around in.

Great property, great view! The management company was very responsive. The location was perfect! Would love to have had a tv in the master bedroom and dependable cable service. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property.

Everything was great. Good location right on the beach and close to restaurants and retail. The condo was clean and attractive had every amenity we needed including a beautiful beach with umbrella and chairs included. We will definitely book here again!

We were looking for a place to stay for a long weekend for my birthday. We had a blast and had and amazing time. Short walk to the beach and right on the water. Quiet and very relaxing! The internet was spotty but we notified the owner so they could check before the next guest and they responded asap! Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Location was perfect. The walk down to the beach was short and the reserved chairs and umbrella were nice to have. Beautiful view and it was quiet. We went in late April so we did beat the crowds-ocean is more on the colder side so keep that in mind when booking this time of year. The place was clean and had the very basics you'd need for a stay. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soaps. They gave us 2 welcoming 30a tumblers which was very sweet. Smooth check-in with a nice parking spot. It would be nice to have a print out of information like Wifi username and password. We got into the unit and there was zero cell reception so we couldn't use our phones to figure out the wifi. My husband had to drive to a spot to be able to open the portal to get the info we needed. Cons: Wifi seemed to go in and out several times which was very frustrating. Also, having the washer and dryer downstairs was very inconvenient. It does say in the amenities a dryer, but did not specify location. That was my fault not looking into that. We definitely prefer a washer and dryer in the unit, especially when bringing a baby. Another thing I wasn't a fan of was a "for sale" sign right smack dab in the center of the balcony railing which killed the vibe looking out from the living room. I'd maybe recommend moving it to the far right so people can still see it from the beach, but not obstruct the view from the balcony. All in all we did have a great trip!

Great Stay in 30A
This is a wonderful property on a quiet, dead end street on a private beach. We had all the space we needed for our family of 3. The space is very newly renovated, we think perhaps we were the first to stay there after renovations. We did need a few things during our stay and Oversee management team made it happen in less than 24 hours. The beach chairs and umbrella setup everyday were such a nice perk. The building is made up of 9 units. Even during spring break, the building was quiet and so family friendly. The unit is for sale, so I’m not sure how that could affect renters who’d like to rent in the future. Our one suggestion is that curtains or blinds need to be installed in the bedroom. One window overlooks the stairwell, allowing anyone using the stairs to peer directly into the bedroom. The second bedroom window faces an adjacent property, allowing for no privacy during the day and allowing their porch lights to shine into the room during the nighttime. We communicated this need directly to Oversee Management at departure and I trust it will be taken care of for future guests. Would definitely stay here again!

We love to stay at Leeward II. The location is perfect and Oversee does a fantastic job with communication. One thing to note, at the time of our visit the condo was listed for sale. It's beautifully redecorated, but things weren't quite finished. Not an issue for us at all, but just know they are trying to sell the unit- sadly not to us!

We had a great week at this condo! Beautiful views from the balcony. We watched dolphins go by every morning while drinking our coffee. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were set up every day for us so there was very little we had to carry to the beach. That was very much appreciated! It was a wonderful week celebrating our 30th anniversary! We will be back!

Property was filthy. Black, slimy mold around toilet. Stagnant, smelly water in kitchen sink because garbage disposal did not work? Oversee slow to respond to my request to fix. Verizon does not work which is an inconvenience which prospective renters should be made aware. Left ahead of schedule because property was nasty.

Nice place for me and my husband. Looks like one more could sleep in a bunk if needed. Internet wasn’t the best but would work better when rebooted. No issues and close enough to drive to everything.

We enjoyed the beach very much. The condo was located directed on the beach so it was easy to go back and forth. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, but it really need updating. kitchen stove had one burner not working. Garbage disposal sounded like it was on its last leg. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Next ime, would probably spend a few more bucks and get a nicer place to stay.

This property could use upgrading. Everything seemed to work except the screen door which took a massive tug to open and close. The condo had a funky old smell and the shower curtain needs to go away. It’s best value is it’s location. Right on the beach with a private entrance. The rental company was very responsive and easy to work with. We had one minor issue and it was fixed immediately. The location made it all very nice and we had a great time!

The furnishings were very old and in bad shape, mattress were terrible. Screen door to patio. Was broken, one of the burners on the oven was hanging off and did not work. The sofa had stains on it. And the condo smelled like carpet fresh.

Just right for a long weekend
We had a great experience staying at Leeward II unit 6. It wasn't anything fancy, but it had what we needed to spend a few days on the beach! The overall cleanliness of the unit was great, however we had to wash every dish and/or utensil before using, which was an inconvenience, but I understand it may be difficult to check those kinds of things. Overall though it was a great a experience and was perfect for being a few steps away from the beach!
