Welcome to 30A Kinda Day in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. You will love this brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the top floor of Gulf Place Residences. This luxurious unit is tastefully decorated in a beachy, coastal theme. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, his and her closets, and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed. You can expect a good night’s sleep on our premium mattresses. There are also bunk beds in the bunk alcove.
You can look out the window at the gulf from our living room while watching television on a 55inch HDTV. The master has a 50 inch HDTV, and a there is a 43 inch HDTV in the guest room. The balcony has a table and barstools for four, with incredible views of the gulf. Guests can sit out on the balcony and eat dinner, while watching some of the most amazing sunsets you will ever see.
The high ceilings give the condo a very open, spacious feel, and the kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous quartz island with seating for 6. The kitchen connects to the living room where you can relax on a soft, U-shaped couch that pulls out into a large area that will comfortably sleep one adult or two kids.
Enjoy the wonderful Gulf Place amenities including 3 pools (one heated), a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a grilling area. The Gulf Place Residences condo complex is a BRAND NEW low-rise condominium complex on 30A. Located under 200 yards to the public beach access at Gulf Place, this complex features 3 deeded beach access points, 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a hot tub, shuffleboard, and a grilling area. This area of 30A also features many restaurants, shops, cafes, and places of interest including a large outdoor amphitheater that hosts many fun activities throughout the year.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The home was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, close to 30A and bech, yet in a quiet area, so we were able to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially loved the kitchen stocked with coffee essentials. The beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this property made our trip even more memorable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a SRB condo.

Girls Get Away

Great girls stay at a nice condo with everything you needed. Location was perfect, safe and clean area. Very close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed riding the bikes and using beach chairs. Hope to come back soon....

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo!

We chose this property for our beach week at 30A after reading the exceptional reviews from previous guests. It was one of the best places we’ve stayed as a family! Not only did the condo have everything we needed, it is so beautifully decorated and CLEAN! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The parking, elevator, and short walk to the beach were great. We drove up and down 30A and were really happy that we chose to stay in Gulf Place- a much less crowded/congested area. There are a few things about the beach that I think future guests should know. It’s a shame that 30A Shade (beach chair service) literally takes up the entire front row with seats & umbrellas, creating almost a wall between the folks further back and the water- even if these chairs are not being occupied. Sometimes we had to squeeze through them just to get to the water. We set up our chairs in the designated Gulf Place Residences section, but on our last beach day, the owner of a very run down property told us we were sitting on her private beach! We didn’t cross over the sign that said “Private”, so we have no idea what she was talking about. Gulf Place may need to make their sections of the beach more clear to guests, even though we are sure we were in the right place (with other GP guests) and had been all week. The whole private vs. public beach stuff was new to us, as we are from SC and this is not an issue at North & South Carolina beaches.

Wonderful 4th of July

The condo was clean, updated and supplied with all our needs. We appreciated the yummy coffee bar and also the spices and olive oil that we used for cooking one of the nights. Kids enjoyed the water view from the balcony, beds were very comfortable and the unit stayed nice and cool despite how hot it was outside. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Immaculate indeed!

Excellent property and location to the beach, shops and 30A fun! We felt welcomed, taken care of and pampered with this great condo and fantastic view of the Gulf! The owner may want to check the sliding door of the Master bathroom and the towel rack in the guest bathroom since these were not in working order when we arrived. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, amenities and the beach! We were blessed by this vacation and highly recommend this Immaculate condo for all beach-goers!

Excellent stay and location

We have stayed in the 30A area many many times but never on the west end. We decided to stay closer to the places we like to frequent this time around. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location to the things we love couldn’t be beat! We also enjoyed the view of the gulf from the unit. Excellent communication from the owners as well. We would definitely stay here again for a short adults only trip.

Paradise Found

Just as pictured! View of the ocean was even better than the pictures. The only thing we missed was having furniture on the patio to sit out in the evenings and enjoy the view. There is a table and chairs, just very uncomfortable. Does not affect our rating, because this is more personal preference. Other than that we loved everything. Easy and plenty of parking. The private beach access was great during spring break, packed but way better than the public sections. We only went to one pool and it was way too cold, so no review on the pools. Had everything you need in the kitchen, including spices and a great blender, which you don't always find in a rental. Host was very responsive when we sent a message with a question. Responded right away and was very cordial and helpful. If we were to come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again. I will say out of all of the places along 30A, this was the least busy, thank goodness.

30A beach vacation

Wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, well stocked, and very clean. Very short walk to the beautiful beach and it’s a great place to watch the sunset. We especially enjoyed ice cream at Pecan Jack’s and the taco salad at Redfish Tacos. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

It was a very beautiful place and wonderful furnishings. We had very cool weather and the hot tub wasn’t working. I talked with a with a seasonal resident and he said it hadn’t worked last year either. That was disappointing. I let the host know and he never told us there was another hot tub at a different pool. I discovered this the day we were leaving. We arrived at night and it was confusing finding the elevator, as we were on the 3rd floor. All and all it was a very nice place.

Family Wedding Trip

We loved the location of the property. You can see the gulf and palm trees from the balcony. There are cool shops across the street. We enjoyed a wonderful takeout brunch from the place right across the street (I believe it's called Chef's Bistro?!?!). The condo itself was in perfect shape. Clean, stylish. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets ... We were in town for my nephew's wedding. I traveled with my 22-year-old son and his 22-year-old girlfriend and my 20-year-old son. We had ample room. They thought the place was great, too. Sunday night, we walked to a great little ice cream shop and then came back and lounged on the comfy couch and watched a football game with the sliding door open. Felt like we were at home. I wish. Wedding Weekend

Three of my friends and I stayed in Gulf Place for a long weekend to attend another friend's daughter's wedding festivities. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient to shopping, the beach, and the wedding party's home. The weather was gorgeous while we were there--not a cloud in the sky. We enjoyed two days at the beach and celebrated with our friends in the evenings. The beach wedding was beautiful and an absolute blast! We have all decided that we would like to visit the area again, and we would choose this same condo if available. The weekend was perfect!
