Nestled in the trees, Grace Sea is a perfect hideaway to escape from it all. Located near the West side Pool, this is the guest house to the main cottage Seabiscuit. With everything on one level, you are greeted by a screened-in front porch that has outdoor seating for four perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Step inside and there is an open living area with an updated full kitchen next to the open combined living room. The kitchen features a full-size fridge with a freezer, a four-burner electrical stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and adjacent breakfast bar seating for two more. The adjacent living room has a built-in stereo, LCD TV, and DVD/VCR. The living room has a double sleeper sofa to accommodate two more, perfect for young kids (not recommended for adults). There is an adjacent dining area off the kitchen with seating for two.

Off the living areas is the separate king bedroom with an ensuite, renovated bathroom and a private screened-in porch! The King bedroom is furnished with its own LCD TV and DVD. The recently renovated bathroom features quartz counters and a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. Off of the king bedroom is a screened rear private porch with cushioned seating for four and rear access to an outdoor grilling area in the back. This outdoor grilling area is complete with a private charcoal grill and an additional two Adirondack chairs. For additional room, the main combination of cottages may be rented as Sandy Toes, for a 4-bedroom/4.5 bath sleeping 12 in total.
