It also includes four bikes and a golf cart, and is a short drive or bike ride to the beach (1.1 mile to Seaside beach access and 2.2 miles to WaterColor Beach Club). The home is also in walking distance (0.2 miles) to the WaterColor Crossings shopping plaza with grocery store, pizza restaurant, and other essential amenities like the bank and postal stop. With everything close by, it's easy to feel right at home at WaterColor Reunions.

The first floor of the home provides a kitchen, dining area, living area, queen bedroom, and laundry room. The kitchen was designed with function in mind so that multiple people can gather in the space to cook, converse, and dine without crowding one another. Thermador Professional appliances and all the necessary cookware are provided. The large, mobile island is versatile and can be used to create a serving line or food prep space.
