Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole home with a simple keypad lock. We are a simply phone call or text away for anything else you might need.
The Neighborhood:
This is a new, gated community with less than 40 homes. All are 4+ bedroom homes in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from all of the great attractions that line 30A and the lovely beaches in the area. Of course it also features a beautiful pool with ample leisure space and is only a 3 minute walk from the house.
As for location, we are .4 miles or a 9 minute walk from the nearest beach access, but we also include a brand new 6-seat golf cart for easy transportation back and forth!
Perhaps our favorite feature is the brand new Greenway Station. With stores like Southern Tide, an art gallery, and of course staple restaurants like turbo coffee, Salty Butcher, and Local Cantina, some of our favorite places in the area are walkable and in our backyard.
For fresh seafood, outdoor dining, and entertainment, there are ample excellent choices within a 5 minute golf cart ride!
Getting Around:
With several great restaurants and coffee shops, and beach access points in walking distance, you won't have to get around often! However, we include a 2020, 6-person golf cart for free! Several companies in the area rent and deliver bikes as well.

This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking on the premises.

Local regulations require us to verify your identity prior to check in. We do this with a simple check in form where you input a government issued ID. Don’t worry, your information is encrypted and always stored securely.

Things happen…so every reservation is covered by $3,000 in accidental damage insurance at no additional charge.

We ALWAYS treat our home like a high-end hotel with dedicated cleaning staff and quality assurance checks because cleanliness is so important to a great stay! With the addition of COVID-19, the heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are even more in the spotlight. For these reasons, we use strict disinfection protocol after every stay.
