This beautiful Phase I WaterColor home offers four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with the carriage house providing an additional bedroom, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, & living area. Enjoy a night inside with the family using the spacious kitchen that offers a dining table for eight people, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room has a cozy feel and comfortable seating arrangements. The second floor offers most of the sleeping arrangements, with a screened in balcony that has several outdoor seating options to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. When you feel like exploring, you will have access to the many amenities of WaterColor, including, but not limited to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, & so much more!

Each of our rentals is equipped with an Alexa device powered by Xplorie providing you customized information about your rental, area recommendations, complimentary & additional activities at popular local attractions, and voice assisted checkout all from the comfort of your rental. On the go? No problem. We also provide you with an easy-to-use activity site with not only activity information but easy access to our live Destination Guides who can help you book activities and answer any questions you may have. NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 12 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 12 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Parking
Shore Fun has designated parking for two-three vehicles in the carport area. Rented LSV's (golf carts) must be parked in one of the designated, on-property parking spaces.

WaterColor will only issue two parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***Promotional rates may be available by booking your home with our local team at 30A Cottages & Concierge. Unfortunately, discounts are not available on vrbo. Please reach out to us and we are happy to answer any questions you have regarding our homes or the 30A area. One of our local agents is waiting to assist you with everything from the beginning of the booking process all the way up to your stay. ***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
