Dune Thyme is a little slice of heaven located directly on the beach that has been completely renovated after coming under new ownership. The condo has all new flooring, a new kitchen with new appliances, and all new furnishings! The condo offers two king bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms and a bunk room with two full over full bunks and a bathroom that can be accessed through the bedroom or hallway. Enjoy the seasonal gulf views and easy beach access directly from the unit's porch and a gated communal pool for the condo complex with lounge area. Palms of Dune Allen is a quaint 24-unit complex. Dune Thyme is in short proximity to the boardwalk to the beach and communal pool. Enjoy the overlook of sunset within a few steps of the back door! You are within short drive to the many shops and dining of Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is within a short distance as well. Come enjoy some beachside relaxation on your next trip to Florida!
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
***Please be aware that there is active construction currently taking place in the building, specifically the roof is being replaced. I will send an update when the construction is scheduled to be completed.***

The Palms of Dune Allen offers a private beach access to the beach boardwalk and a gated, communal pool.
Parking:
Dune Thyme has designated parking for one vehicle in the gated parking lot, anyone found with more than one vehicle is subject to fine and/or towing at their own expense.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
