This brand new town-home boast a 6-Seater Golf Cart in a one car garage to cruise around 30A with! Conveniently located directly on Scenic Highway 30A in popular Seagrove Beach, Crew Rest is a beautiful two-story residence with over 1,500 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
The first story includes a comfy coastal-themed foyer and two guest rooms and a bunk-nook. A spacious open-concept living and dining area leading to a large covered balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and an additional master suite are located on the second story.
Located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, 30A Townhomes is a low rise, five-building luxury townhome development with only 26 planned residences. A community swimming pool with outdoor shower is the perfect place to gather and relish the Northwest Florida sunshine. Beach and dune lake access is minutes away along with shopping, dining and recreation all located conveniently nearby!
Nearby Restaurants: Local nearby restaurants include Steamboat Grill 30A, Old Florida Fish House, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Cafe 30A, Cowgirl Kitchen, and the Seagrove Village Market.

Pool/Mail Kiosk Parking: 5-minute pick-up/drop-off only.
Overflow Parking: Nine spots at Southern Self Storage (notify their office in
advance).
Golf Carts: Must be parked in garages or driveways. Drivers must be 16+ years old.
Prohibited Vehicles
No trailers, campers, boats, oversized vehicles, or watercraft may be stored or
parked in the community.
30A Townhome Community Pool Rules:
Open from 8:00 a.m. to dusk. No night swimming.
Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult.
No glass containers in the pool area.
Keep the gate closed.
Other Things to Note:
LSV/Golf Cart: 6-Seater Golf Cart provided to the Guest. Rental policy applies to each reservation.
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two-night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.
Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:
Promotions may change, be cancelled, and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.
Rates, availability, and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.

BeachWalk is not responsible for any disruptions caused by nearby construction or closures of community amenities, such as pools or other shared facilities, as these are managed by the respective Homeowners' Associations and may impact your overall experience. Rental Agreement applies to all reservations.
Cancellation or changes to the dates of stay within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of payment, associated fees (up to $200), and/or additional charges, depending on the timing of the request.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) is not permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area (if applicable). These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.

Starter Amenity Packs: At Beachwalk Vacations, we provide essential items for our guests to use until they can stock up at the store. In the kitchen, you'll find dishwashing soap, two dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. For the bathrooms, we supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, along with basic amenities such as shampoo and a soap bar (similar to hotel-style, but not restocked during your stay). We also provide professionally laundered bed linens and towels with your reservation. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
