Staff was excellent. Dining area staff first rate as was meal. Hotel was chintzy regarding refilling in-room coffee. I was there for four days and had to beg housekeeping for coffee. I am up at 4am so waiting for the kitchen to open is not feasible. Hotel was nice and no different than a Hilton family where coffee is complimentary.

Tge hotel was clean and good value. Staff was clean. The hotel was out of the area of beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions.

The hotel was nice the staff were friendly but the drinks at the bar were expensive 10.50 for a crown & coke single. There was no fire pit as pictured. Which is why I chose this particular property

I work for Expedia and this property and staff are absolutely amazing. Rooms are well kept, bathroom is well above average, and staff including bartenders were fantastic. I traveled with 4 friends and they ALL made positive comment's.

Only complaint is that I stayed for a full week, and housekeeping never came in to give me fresh towels and empty trash. Otherwise, it was good.

Only reason we stayed here was because there was a restaurant, and the kitchen was closed. I didn’t care for this specific area next either. The hotel room was odd and not what I expected. I have stayed at nicer places in nicer areas for cheaper. I won’t come back.
