At first when I seen the property I wasn’t sure if we were at the right place. After opening the door I was pleasantly surprised with the lay out of the condo. Just a short walk to a private access to the beach.

Upon check in, we entered the unit to a strong smell of smoke. We called the owner, and were told the previous tenants were smoking weed in the “non smoking” unit earlier that day. The owner did offer to bring air freshener but asked us to not to open windows or doors as that would affect the air conditioner. The non smoking sign was missing from the door and an ash tray was on the living room table, so I don’t think the non smoking unit was accurate!! The gate code to get down to the beach was not working. The wrong code was provided at check in. And the door lock stopped working to get into the unit (the batteries went out and property manager had to come out and let us in the unit and replace the batteries). Otherwise, the property is close to the beach. The location in PCB was great. Low traffic and beach was never really that crowded. The beds were decent. The twin beds sunk in the middle but the master was okay.

Cozy condo

A great property with a short walk to the beach! Love the laid back atmosphere and we basically had a private beach. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed! Only wish the pool was heated, but otherwise a great stay! Would recommend a deadbolt especially with having small kiddos.

For any other family here are some things to know ahead of time…..the place was filthy, i had to go buy a coffee maker, paper plates, napkins and silverware because everything was dirty. There were 5 towels to use for our week long stay (we have 4 in our family) the stairs to the loft were about 2 feet wide. On the plus side it is only a walk from the beach, but the umbrella and chair that were “provided” in the room to use were all ready broken……i looked at other condo’s in the sunswept area and they were in much better condition.

Perfect for our small family

The location of this property is perfect. The fact that it is located near the end of Thomas Drive gave us a more relaxed spring break with the kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. This is definitely a property that you don't want to skip over when looking at a beach stay for a good price. If we were at the beach, I didn't worry about the kids needing one of us adults to go with them if they had to go back to the room for something. The beach access is literally at the backdoor. Overall, we had a great time.

The unit was dirty, the lights in the bathroom were covered in dust. All the kitchen utensils seemed dirty and we had to clean all the utensils, pots and pans. The top of the refrigerator, stove panel and top of microwave had a film of grease and dust. Parts of the smoke alarm was under a dresser and was not operational. The windows were dirty could hardly see out of them. Over all the whole place needed a deep clean. The owners are getting ripped off by who ever is cleaning their units at this complex. The only good thing was access to beach, the pool was ok but the restrooms at the pool were dirty and there were spiders and webs.

We had everything we needed.

Our family stayed for 4 nights. We have a 7, 4 and 1 year old and this was everything we needed! The staircase was more narrow than I realized, but not a big deal. I felt that some surfaces could have been cleaned a little bit better, but the kitchen was stocked nicely, the shower was excellent, beach toys and lawn chairs were provided and beds were comfortable! My husband and I agreed that we wouldn't mind staying again. Compared to other places that we looked at, this unit was maybe just a little bit outdated in some aspects, but for a great price and short walk to the beach and a small view of the ocean out the front door, all of the "bad" outweighed the good!
