Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the tenth floor of Tower 2, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! The bathroom features a large marble garden tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats four at the dining table and 3 at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

Nice condo

Our condo was perfect for my husband and I. I was unimpressed with the pools. They looked a lot biger than they were and the small lazy river was always way over crowded. If your looking for the po experience i would not recommend this place, but if its the beach hour good to go...

Beautiful View and Beachy Themed Condo

Everything was great! We would stay in the same condo again. It was all perfect, from the appliances to the bedding and decorations. It had everything we needed. So comfortable. Price was very reasonable for all the amenities, and it even came with complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. I loved the large glass sliding doors in both the living room and bedroom to the big balcony, with comfy chairs/table. The beach is beautiful and kept clean, the pool areas were great and the food/drink staff were very nice. There are a lot of things to do in this area, including lots of things for kids/families.

Spring break 4/24

Room was nice, supplied dish soap and hand soap and laundry. Bed was comfortable. Would be great to up date pots and pans , maybe a spatula and some more sliver wear and cups. Floor could be cleaner, feet got dirty when we walked on the floor barefoot or socks. The included beach seats were very nice. Would stay again.

For higher ratings you need:

a) a toilet paper holder in the bathroom so guests don't have to reach behind their back or on the floor (yuck) to get the roll of toilet paper. b) to fix the left sink in the bathroom that drained VERY slow. c) to fix the volume on the living room TV. It fluctuates higher/lower constantly which was very annoying. We couldn't figure out a fix. d) to inform guests in advance of work being done. Our parking lot was seal coated and closed for a portion of our stay and one of the two elevators was not in use for our entire two week stay.

Condo needs some TLC

The view of the beach from the balcony and location to the beach were great. Condo needs some updates and attention. A leak in the bathroom caused a ceiling tile to fill and break into the tub. After 2 phone calls, a maintenance person arrived and removed the tile leaving the opening in the ceiling for the remainder of our visit. No soap for the laundry, pillows need replaced on bed, furniture and carpet need cleaned, trash can lid was broken in kitchen and had to keep a shoe on top to keep it closed, hand prints on the mirrors in the living area. On the balcony there was peeling paint and broken light fixture on the ceiling. But we loved the pools and beach.

Great Time in PC Beach

We had a great time at Long Beach and the condo was very clean. We loved that the master bedroom had ocean views. The condo has what you need and great to have the umbrella and chairs! We would definitely would stay there again. Only have 3 recommendations, allow people to check in early when you can (makes people more likely to call the condo manager when you leave early), get some more fluffy pillows w/ a little softer mattress, and need more security at night. The teenagers/20's stayed up all night and we very loud until early am.

Great stay

We had a great time at the beach and in our condo. The condo was clean and perfect size for the two of us. It was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The beach chairs and umbrella being included with the condo rental was a huge plus. We will be back to stay in this condo. The pool and snack bar was very nice as well.

Last Minute Vacation

I can’t say enough positive things!

First, should I return to PCB, I will look for anything managed by Kim’s Condos. I couldn’t ask for a better management team to deal with. They were always responsive and very easy to deal with. The pictures of the property are perfect. When you walk in, it’s as if you have been there before due to their accuracy. The condo was perfect. The balcony was amazing. We didn’t even sit on the couch or loveseat. Long Beach Resort will also be my choice of places to stay. It was a perfect weekend!!!!

First PCB trip.

Clean condo. Room was pretty. Pool was awesome. Property was nice. Would not have stayed that close to Pineapple Willys if I’d known. Very crowded. Lots of drunk teenagers. Not my r thing. The place itself was wonderful. No office. No office manager on the property. But all in all it was fine.

Love staying at long beach is very clean and convenient to everything

Love our condo had a great stay but I wish when it come with a chair rental that they would leave chairs out past 5 . It's so hot that 5 is a good time to come down for a evening swim.
