My wife and I had a nice stay here. The outside is nice, clean. The condo was nice. They have a pool and hottub. We enjoyed the pool and would come back and stay again.

Overall stay was great, we did have a water leak, maintenance came within an hour, seemed to be taken care of by next day. Master bath shower door needs fixed came off track all week also tub stayed backed up while showering, both were reported. We were told beach chairs were included with rental, but they were not, but they made it right by crediting us $200 the cost of the chairs! Overall great to work with.

Fantastic Get Away!
Outstanding location on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Great restaurants within a few minutes and Patches bar with good food next door. Beach chairs included in stay were ready for us every morning. Beach was excellent even though a small tropical system rolled through during stay. High surf just made shell hunting that much better. Condo owners we met on property were extremely friendly. One recommended change, replace pillows.

GREAT BANG FOR BUCK
The unit was clean and well appointed. The views of the gulf are breath-taking! You can access the balcony from the living room and the bedroom - that was a real plus for me. The property is dated and could use a refresh but it's not bad. I guess that's why it doesn't cost top dollar to stay here. If you're not too snooty and you don't require a bunch of useless esthetic frills and the latest decor, this place is fine. It's EVERYTHING you need for a quick getaway with your significant other. I would CERTAINLY choose to stay here again! Also, grocery stores are about a mile right down the street and there are plenty of restaurants all over.

Needs Deep Cleaning
This is a beautiful property with fantastic views. It was very well stocked with supplies. The condo is a little out dated and needs a good cleaning. The refrigerator was sticky on the outside and ceilings had dust balls hanging off them. We had lots of rain and winds while we were there and the front door would make a loud whistling noise. The master shower had black junk coming from the track while showering. I could go on, but if they would update and clean it would be a nice place to stay. It wasn’t worth what we paid.

Nice Condo and Location
We enjoyed the location of the condo very much. Definitely not crowded on this end whether you're on the beach or traveling in your vehicle. The ocean front view was so serene and beautiful to wake up to. The elevators were not slow or crowded at all, which we truly appreciated since the unit is on the 8th floor. Parking was easy. There were a few things we thought could have been better. The awful smell of cigarette smoke coming from nearby tenants was very annoying. The entire building is a no-smoking zone but, of course that doesn't matter to people who do not care to follow rules. Cigarette smoke makes me nauseated, and that made it very difficult to enjoy sitting on the balcony on the wonderful patio chairs. There was leftover sand that we had to sweep up near the balcony doors and in the bathrooms when we first arrived. The shower doors had quite a bit of moldy buildup on them and could stand to be replaced. It would have been nice if the bathrooms had some type of bath rugs/mats to step on after showering, but we managed. There was a pizza cutter in the utensils drawer that still had pizza residue (cheese, sauce, and pepperoni) left on it. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa, there were food crumbs and Cheetos left behind from previously. We felt that a more efficient job of cleaning should have been done. The king bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat. Overall, this is a nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. The fully-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer combo unit were an AWESOME plus! We easily cooked and enjoyed several meals. The internet service was good. We greatly appreciate the inclusion of beach chairs with our stay! Thank you for helping us make memories during a week we'll never forget!

Overall a Great stay
This condo met our expectations. It was clean except it looked like it had not been dusted. Make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and any seasonings you want to cook with including salt and pepper. And like the instruction say, there are no condiments. Overall a great trip. The views were beautiful, lovely sunsets, the ocean was gorgeous!

Wonderful condo!!
We stayed here over memorial day weekend and everything was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pictures in listing are accurate. Having use of beach chairs was so clutch!! Parking was easy. The huge balcony was such a plus. Totally covered in mornings for coffee watching the waves. Then sunny in afternoons, so we could take break from beach and still tan on our balcony. Loved watching the sunset. 10/10 would stay again

Perfect week getaway
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and easily accessible. The size of the condo was perfect for us. The location was wonderful-close to restaurants and shopping. The outdoor grilling area was so nice. The pool was perfect and the beach was awesome. I loved the beach chair service. Eric took care of us at the beach-he was friendly and helpful. Patches bar and grill was right next door. Great food and live music. Andrews State Park was so close-loved fishing off the pier. The locals we met were so helpful and friendly. We will be back!!

A Great Escape!
Awesome views ! This end of the beach is kept very clean & well groomed, and not nearly as crowded as closer to the pier. Great for adults. This unit was very clean & inviting. Kitchen is well supplied, & has a pantry. Ice maker in fridge. Nice King size bed, long bathroom counter. Excellent view of beach & ocean from bedroom, living room & deck. Living room furniture is very comfy, unlike some units with wicker stuff. (Covered) deck furniture is super comfy, very high dollar pieces. Awesome well-kept unit!
