Beach Vacay

We wanted a beach vacation and this place was perfect! Beautiful views, steps to the beach, and lovely inside. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Beds were comfy, master bedroom beautiful with access to the balcony. The only complaint I have is that I couldn’t access my Peacock or DTV accounts because they have a Roku password. I wouldn’t care normally but it was Olympic week. Definitely recommend this place!

Family Beach Trip

My family and I stayed at Grandview East 1003 June 6th - June 10th. We were all very pleased with this Condo. It is beautiful and felt like home. It’s decorated so tastefully and it was very clean. The condo had everything we needed. We had an awesome time and we can’t wait to go back and we will be renting condo 1003 again.

Springbreak 2024

We checked in on Wednesday and Saturday was instructed we needed wristbands..The property manager on duty said we needed wristbands which we knew nothing about due to nothing was listed in any emails or texts prior to check-in. I truly believe he singled out my teens since I never saw anyone else on the property with wristbands. We gladly placed on our wrist for less than 24 hours stay. Everything else was great, the rooms was clean, decor was nice. The pool is small but the beach is steps away. Our view of the beach was amazing from the balcony. Short walk to a few restaurants and shops.

Family Trip

We took a family beach trip and had a relaxing, enjoyable time. Room was as pictured. Pleased with our stay. Enjoyed being right on the beach. Room was very convenient to beach, it was easy to get an elevator and workout room and pool were nice amenities.

Panama City Grandview East February 2024

Great location right on the gulf and spacious. Could use some updated cookware as we stayed for 5 weeks and ate in a bit. Rest of kitchen was adequately supplied. Parking was across the street in a reserved lot, but thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets and the beach.

Clean place that felt like home.

The place is beautiful and the beach access is right behind it - cannot complain about it in the least. The only thing i did want to note for other people renting here is if you have small kids - when you take the elevator up your door is a balcony. So you have to really be careful coming and going with small kiddos. This may have been specified in the ad, but I didn't see it I guess. Just make sure you have a hold of all your littles hands before leaving the elevator to be safe. Other than that, which isn't necessarily a bad thing it just caught us off guard, this place is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the showers are awesome, the couch is comfortable. It was very home-like and comfortable.

The w to much furniture very cluttered

Didn’t like the parking it was across the street. Old and broken patio furniture. The living room couch old and and felt broken. The rugs were very and dirty looking. The two queen mates in the spare room were very hard could use mattress pad.way too much furniture. We had a fabulous time loved the area. And the size and layout of the condo were perfect

Best Mothers Day Weekend

Absolutely amazing weekend at the PCB. The condo was amazing, clean, and exactly out of fairytale. Home away from home. The day we checked out, my kids asked if we can book the same place next year for Mother’s Day again because they had so much fun.

Beautiful condo, very well maintained with everything you need to enjoy your stay! Property management is excellent, easy to get a hold of and very quick to provide information and answers to questions. Easy .5 mile walk to Pineapple Willy’s, quick drive to Pier Park (just don’t go down Front Beach Rd), and easy, accessible sidewalk runs from the condo (4 miles all sidewalks)!

Overall wonderful!! Would stay again!

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous, perfect floor level for the perfect view, super clean and had everything we needed plus more, beautiful decor, living room and bathrooms super spacious and very accommodating. Elevators worked great and fast. I also liked how I didn’t have to check into a front desk or deal with a parking garage. Cons: Not enough plug ins in our bedroom and the ones we had were pretty hard to get to…not a huge deal but wish I would have had an extension cord or something for sure. The two full mattresses in the bedroom and the top mattress on the bunk in another bedroom was so extremely hard…that this would be the only deal breaker for me if I wanted to book again or recommend this place to someone else. The rest of the mattresses were way softer so I don’t understand why they all weren’t the same but we all four suffered from having to sleep on the extremely firm mattresses. BUT…Other than that the stay was perfect!!

Just as described

The pictures and description are very accurate. I would not say it could sleep 10 though unless they are children. I would say about 7-8 adults max. The location is perfect. Very close to Walmart and restaurants and bars. The elevators worked and there was minimal wait. They also have several paddle and boogie boards and that was very nice for the kids. We enjoyed our stay
