NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There will be periods when the units will be blocked from rental for some portions of the work. Schedules for project stages will change, pending weather. The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
