Great Property
The house and location were fantastic everything we needed for a week trip. Perfect size for 2 families with a couple of teenagers. I saved this property to book again.

Spring break vacation
Well the stove didn’t work, the property manager didn’t respond ever. The house wasn’t cleaned very well when we got there, we had to buy trash bags and dishwasher and dawn to clean with. The private walk to the beach is about a 4 minute walk. The ice machine on the ridge didn’t work, for the price of this house you expect even the little things to work overall it was a pretty house and we had fun in Florida.

The house layout was great for hosting a large number of people (there were 10 of us and we fit nicely). Nice gathering area and big kitchen area. But would not consider for future stay without proven changes from host Pros: Beautifully updated main room and kitchen Location great to walk to beach Assorted sand toys in garage for little kids New furniture Washer, dryer, dishwasher Garage to store toys until next trip to beach (keeps sand out of house) Top of the line TV and sound equipment Cons: OVEN DID NOT WORK!!! Host unresponsive / not helpful before visit - we needed to adjust dates for our stay by one night and initiated the process through VRBO 6 weeks before stay. Eventually we contacted the host directly when there was no response to my inquiry through VRBO. Host stated they didn't know how to make a change and could not adjust dates. Paid for extra day because host did not understand VRBO system House not prepared / stocked - Host notified us that there was no crockpot, but left off that there were no hand towels, kitchen towels, soaps, detergents, only 4 plates and limited utensils. Be prepared to bring all your own supplies and towels House not clean – a lot of mold in master shower, piles of swept sand in closet House not maintained - loose refrigerator door handle, loose master shower handle, lights flickering, kitchen table chair with loose leg (we had to tighten it for fear of it breaking) No House Instructions - no wifi information, no trash schedule, no house rules, no cleanup expectations, no clubhouse information Charged parking fee - this is a house and we were charged for parking, owner said parking fee was for “clubhouse” but left no information on said “clubhouse” for guests. Still had to pay for parking Host during visit - Host responded to simple questions (how to access wifi, are there towels) during stay. We brought up that the oven would not hold temperature (it would preheat and then turn off), and the host said someone would be there the next day. We adjusted our schedule to be at the house. No one showed up. Host did not contact us about scheduling another time. The situation forced us to change our eating plans and cost us considerable expense due to the NON-WORKING oven. Overall: House could be amazing with a little bit more maintenance, stocking, and cleaning. For the price we paid for a high end VRBO, we expected a lot more from the host. 3/5 stars, maybe 4/5 for house and 2/5 for host if given option
