Within quick walking distance of the condo is Stavro's Pizza House, Beach Side Brew Pub, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
