We have just completely remodeled The Windsor Wonder. All of the appliances are brand new, the custom fireplace, all new mattresses, flooring, new professional arcade games, new air conditioning system, Xbox 1S and Playstation PS4, and the list goes on.

Discover Windsor Hills at The Windsor Wonder. Bill and Donna's luxury villa at Windsor Hills, featuring a true south-facing private pool and hot-tub, with no rear neighbors. We are one of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park and Clubhouse, about a 2 minute stroll away.

We own FOUR HOMES side-by-side in Windsor Hills - The Windsor Wonder, The Windsor Magic, The Windsor Dream, and The Windsor Fantasy so if you are traveling with friends or extended family please just let us know.

There are NO FEES for our guests to utilize the Water Park or Community Pool. We will provide the names of your family members to the Windsor Hills staff so there will be no cost for you. For all non-registered guests, the wristbands cost $10 per person per day, but again that will be waived for your family.

The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbors. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. If you select a home that has rear neighbors, the neighbors pool will be approximately 10 feet from your pool – not my idea of relaxing! Take a look at the view from our pool area and you will see the difference.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own SMART television.

Our game room is air conditioned, and offers an X-Box 1S, a PlayStation 4, multiple professional arcade games offering PacMan, Frogger, Galaga, and more! We also have a basketball game and an air hockey table.

You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day.

We are available by both phone and e-mail during your stay, and we have a local property management company available 7 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay.

Perfect Stay

Where do I start? The Windsor Wonder was perfect. Beautiful renovated house that was clean and had everything we needed and more. My kids loved the game room and pool. The host was clear and organized with instructions about everything (check in, amenities, nearby restaurants, etc.). The neighborhood was only a 10 to 15 drive to the parks, and this particular house is within walking distance of the neighborhood water slides. Our only regret is not having more time at the house due to all of the time we spent at the parks. We definitely could have used more time in the game room and pool!

Excellent stay - the location was perfect but the customer service is what left me amazed! Bill and Donna are the perfect host; the communication we received leading to our visit made the arrival process seem less. We felt like we were preparing to visit and stay with family. Excellent stay!

Great location, pool and gameroom!

We always love staying in this area as it is close to Disney and this home did not disappoint. It was remodeled and very clean and the beds were super comfy. The private pool with no home behind was perfect and if the kids wanted to do the waterslides, it was a short distance to the neighborhood pool. The gameroom was a huge hit and gave the kids something to do when it was raining. Bill and Donna were great to work with and always answered our questions very quickly. This was one of our kid’s favorite homes that we have stayed in and the 4 beds with 4 bathrooms was a huge plus. We would stay in another one of their homes in a heartbeat and the future!

Special Olympics family weekend

What an amazing stay from booking until we left. First off the house was gorgeous and the pool was perfect! We love the entire layout of the house which was perfect for our group. I was actually upset I didn’t bring my kids on this trip. They would never wanted to leave this house. I was in town for my sisters Special Olympics games and the owners brought her this amazing gift basket and words of encouragement to get a medal. Well she did get the gold!! I would very much recommend to house for the size and upgrades made to make it family friendly! I am bringing my family down to Disney and we will be staying at this house again for sure!! Thank you Bill and Donna for helping create such a memorable weekend!

Universal/ Disney Trip

Immaculate property in a safe resort neighborhood. Spacious house that could easily accommodate 8-10 occupants. Modern upgrades and conveniently located to major eateries and 15 minutes from all major parks. We had a great time at the resort pool area for our last day before heading back. I would give this an excellent rating and would definitely return again.

Great house for spring break trip!

Awesome property!

Our stay at the Windsor Wonder was nothing short of incredible. We had 6 family members, and had more than enough space for all of us to be comfortable! The home was clean, the arcade room was great, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and Bill and Donna were great hosts! We will surely be renting with them during our next visit!

Amazing vacation home!

This was the most beautiful property I have ever rented! It was exactly as pictured and spotless! It had everything we needed for our family vacation and was in the perfect area. We were only minutes from grocery stores, Wal Mart, and several restaurants. The owners were amazing to deal with and very accommodating…I can not say enough good about them! They were so organized and provided us with lots of helpful information about the property and the area. I will definitely be staying here again and would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

FANTASTIC!!!!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our hosts Bill and Donna. They were the best hosts we have ever had and we will definitely return. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Bill and Donna truly thought of everything to make their guest feel welcome. The location was incredible, close to the parks, tons of restaurants and shopping. The community waterpark and clubhouse had everything we needed from slides, food, work out facility and even fun activities for all including nighttime movies. We stayed for 10 days and would have loved to stay for another couple weeks. Highly recommend staying here for all families, couples......

Theme park vacation

My husband daughter and I booked Bill & Donna’s Windsor hills home for our trip to Disney & universal. This was hands down best home rental experience we’ve had. This home is absolutely beautiful & clean. Our daughters fav part was the pool & game room perfect way to end the day. Bill & Donna communicated through the entire process and we’re quick to respond. Their home is only 5-10 min drive to Disney depending on traffic. We would 100% rent from them in the future.

Perfection!!!!

This home was awesome and the owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect! Ten things I liked about this rental: 1)Very comfy and stylish furnishings. Beautiful decor with great lighting and ceiling fans. 2) Location is excellent! 3) Each bedroom is private with its own bath & great bedding. The sheets were so soft! (And this comes from someone that carries their own sheets. Crazy...I know!) 4) The pool was beautiful with night-time lighting and no neighbors to the back. The hot tub was actually hot with great jets. 5) TV's were a good size and in every room with excellent wifi/internet service. 6) A gated community for safety and feeling secure. 7) An awesome game room....the best I have ever seen in a home...everything worked and there was even AC in this room. Very uncommon. 8) Stoller, highchair, & pack-n-play were all like new. 9) The best washer & dryer I have ever used in a rental. 10) Plenty of seating inside and out for eating & relaxing. I could go on and on....but then again, this place might not be available when we want to come back. Lol I MUST SAY, WE WERE TRULY BLESSED TO SPEND FAMILY TIME HERE.

Clean and well equipped

This is a beautiful house that is newly renovated. It was very well equipped and comfortable. They had a highchair, pack-n-play, and double stroller for my kids which made packing easy. The older kids (and adults) loved the game room! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Amazing house for a family Disney trip!

Upon first entering the house, we were immediately taken with just how spacious it was. It is well decorated and clean. Lots of TVs. The game room was the 3 year old's favorite place to kill time in the mornings while we were packing cars for Disney. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space. The home's location is great as well. If you're driving to Disney, you cant get much closer to the theme parks. We were able to get to every park's parking lot in 15 minutes or less. And there's also a Starbucks and WalMart just minutes away if you need caffeine or last minute supplies. A great house with loads of amenities that was incredibly comfortable and convenient! We will definitely be back whenever we bring a group to Disney!

Perfect Disney homebase

We loved this property and the subdivision. Very convenient to get to Disney. The kids loved the pool and were in it every evening. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

Magical stay

We enjoyed our 10 night stay at this property. The amenities and floor plan were exactly as described, and the home was very clean. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. The communication exceeded our expectations. Our family had more than enough space to spread out, and the kids loved the game room and pool. The property was close to the Disney parks. Amazing Home Away From Home

This home was absolutely beautiful. Bill and Donna were great hosts and very responsive to any needs we had. Some of the best customer service around! The bedrooms were all so beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. My family really appreciated the fans in every room. I also enjoyed the glow of the fireplace at night. It was too hot to turn on the heat so it was nice to be able to turn on the flames without the heat. The arcade was amazing! It kept my husband and son occupied for hours whenever we were not at Disney. My favorite was the basketball game! The kitchen had everything someone needs. All the appliances were new. We ate at the large island almost everyday. There are two other tables in case you have a larger family. The pool was amazing. The spa heated up just right. There is plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and enjoy the weather outside. My husband made use of the BBQ Grill. Although we didn't have any small children, strollers, a high chair, and Pack n Play were all provided. Thank you so much for offering your beautiful home as a place to stay. It met all of our needs and we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a really nice experience and vacation at Bill and Donna’s place. Their place is really nice with lots of amenities. They were always communicating with us about our stay and to provide us with tips about things to do in Orlando.
