This place has a fantastic location, perfect for anyone looking to be within walking distance of everything downtown. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the building is clean, making for a pleasant stay. However, there are some areas that could use a bit of attention, particularly the humidity in the rooms and a few repairs needed in the showers and sinks. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for a short stay, especially if you want to be close to the city’s attractions.

Beautiful Lake Eola hotel
2nd time staying here. Wonderful staff! Great location for concerts. Easily walkable to venues and restaurants. Lake Eola is beautiful. Hotel could use a little touch up in rooms. Things like paint touch ups and shower fixture. Doors could be thicker to block noise. But not a deal breaker. I will stay here again. Once the brewery opens I do hope Eola Inn stays affordable. PLEASE

Great location for the pride parade
I just have to stay that the staff were great and super friendly! We stayed for the pride parade and it was all decked out in rainbow decorations. The location was great. It is true that the Inn could use some updating and the carpets are worn but the it was clean and the bed were comfortable.

Nice, quirky boutique hotel. It’s an old building, so feels a bit aged but quaint. Very nice deck on the second floor. The room was spacious and had its own walkout balcony. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, but the room was clean and functional. The staff were very nice and chatty.

The property was clean - no bad smells. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent in their care and courtesy. The facility desperately needs upgrading. Even though it looked and smelled clean if felt grungy because of the decaying condition. The front of the building was boarded up where a bar used to be. Construction fencing directly in front of the building detracted from the overall appeal of the place.

Such a nice hotel, pretty balcony, comfy bed, everything is clean. The staff is very friendly. That lake is so beautiful, I went feeding the birds. The area is extremely walkable & cute, the food places around are really tasty ❤️ I also loved the coffee very much
