The property is great for only spending the night after hitting the parks all day. The only concern is the bathroom area didn’t appear clean. The stains on the showers yellow coloring around the sliding door. The stains on the bathroom counters is the only thing that lower the rating on cleanliness. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay to sleep.

We have stayed here in the past and gave it a rest after the renovations and the new staffing/company take over. Since then, the food has gone downhill. I had to ask for several things just to make the waffles. The eggs were GROSS, the sausage honestly made us all have a stomach ache, the bananes were partially green with spots all over them. Its nice having the woodlike flooring EXCEPT when there are children running around and screaming all night and parents allowing them to run up and down the halls till 2AM. The Echo is insane. And maybe it is because they tend to put families on the same floor expecting them to behave the same. The room was decent but the bedding was FAR from what is seen in the pictures . The first night i scoured the room for blankets but there were none, I called the front desk and no answer. Pushed up the ait but then it was too hot and stale in the room. The next day when we came back in I spoke to someone who said she was a manager and asked her to please bring blankets. I let it go for about an hour and then called FOUR TIMES from the website and from Expedia and no on answered....so we froze again. The bedding is two thin sheets and a blanket as thin as the sheets. The Shower has no water pressure and takes forever to heat up and no control settings on the showerhead to make it work better. The place has SOOOOOO much potential but its not there. Staff doesn't seem to understand and communicate at all after check in.

I only needed a single night due to a flight change. I did not use all the amenities. In general it was a fine location to stay a night or 2 if needed but I will likely not be staying here again due to the experience I had checking in. After a long day of travel and other mishaps (including my rental car being cancelled) we arrived at Palazzo around 9pm. It took us over 90 minutes to check in and there was only one staff member working at the check in counter. My understanding was there was a problem with thier computer system so they had trouble figuring out which rooms were open. During the time I waited in line more people queued up and I believe some waited more than 2 hours to check in and who I believewas the manager eventually interviened and apologized to everyone. Staff were friendly and apologized for the issue when I finally made it to the front desk but did not offer anything to make up for the delay and seemed to rush me through the check in process - I had to ask about the wristbands which she said were required for breakfast (she did not inform me of this without my asking) The room was fine, somewhat spacious for a smaller hotel but clean and beds were comfy. My final complaint is I received a phone call at 2am with no answer then had a knock on my door minutes later (presumably to check if we were in tge room) They apologize, but still woke us up and scared my son. The breakfast was ok - basically your standard continental breakfast

I requested a refund for the stay a week before check in because of hurricane Milton canceling the event we would be in town for. Expedia reached out to the hotel continuously throughout the week with no response. I tried calling the front desk at different points in the day on different days with no response; the phone rang for minutes each time. My friend who was also part of the stay attempted to call multiple times with the same issue. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. At the very least the hotel could have answered the phone if they were not going to respond to the refund request.

The hotel has a decent atmosphere, the problem was that we showed up before check in time. The front desk person "Erick" was nice and courteous. He said that he could try to accomodate us to have us check in hopefully by 1 pm. The kids game room seemed nice until my son sat on the couch and had sewer water spill on him. And the response from the front desk was to apologies but really there was nothing that could do. As we had no room my son had to stay with his wet clothes until they could get us a room, as time went on i tried to contact Hotels.com trying to get a release from the hotel so that we could go somewhere else and the hotel never responded to hotels.com. so we were stuck waiting. Around 1 pm we asked the front desk about possibly checking in and we were denied by a lady at the front desk which i did not get her name. She was not accommodating and so rude. She said check in is at 4 pm so you're going to have to wait until then. I replied to please have them release me from the reservation so that i could go somewhere else. Her response was "no" after a while the manager showed up and he found us a room and was extremely apologetic, said the importance that the hotel places on families and how he would try to accommodate us. Which it worked out. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is a mad house as i have never seen so many people get breakfast at a hotel. The bed was comfortable, and i liked that the room had laminate flooring instead of carpet.

It was hot, and there seemed to be too much diseases. They charge a nonrefundable $30 fee on top of the $50 incidental fee. Also, you can’t check in until 4pm which is so inconvenient and they had tons and tons of families just waiting in the lobby with nothing to do. The game room was leaking and the couch was soaking wet, the billiards table had no balls, the laundry room wasn’t in working order, and the snack hall hardly had any snacks.
