Gave away our room/reservation

It was a mess. They gave our reservation/room away. I called the day before to let them know we’d be checking in late. They made a note on the account. The gave us a smaller room. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor because there was not enough beds. They still charged full price even after getting downsized! Ridiculous!!!

The place and staff were wonderful. The only thing was no microwave . I would have to go down from the 8th floor to use the microwave to heat food for my granddaughter. There was this one time I had to get dressed to go down. If you’re relaxing and want to have a warm snack or eat something and don’t want to go anywhere, it’s inconvenient. Other than that it was good

We checked in very early in the morning . The staff could not have been more gracious. We were tired and they made the transportation and check in so easy and super friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
