You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Pictures were taken on October 27th, 2023. All beddings & towels are brand new. The property is located at Championsgate area, and in a GATED community named "West Heaven". ONE story, 2000sft, spacious 2015 home hosts 9 people group, and everyone feels more than enough space. Each room has SMART TVs. Game room has pool table and foosball table. Private pool includes pool and spa with screen. Big kitchen has everything you need. It is 12 miles and takes 20 mins to Disney theme parks. Nice & safe!

In order to use the Pool with hot tub/spa during the stay at this house without a lifeguard on site, we kindly request all guests to sign the "Pool Waiver And Release Of Liability Form" following the reservation, prior to check-in electronically. Pool & spa heater costs an extra fee: $40 plus tax/night, and it should be ordered for the entire stay. There is also a bigger pool at the clubhouse, and tennis courts as well. Free kids gear in the house includes play pen, highchair, and stroller. It is a very nice and safe place for family to stay and relax. Please check out those beautiful photos:) Thank you.

Perfect location to visit Orlando area

Great place with outstanding setup. The house is well equipped. The outdoor area invited us for relaxation. Due to the perfect location we are able to reach all activity spots in and around Orlando. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time.
