Great property! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple families. Property could provide a few more wash cloths and a bit more toilet paper for longer stays.

This was a wonderful experience and home. If you want lots of rooms,pool and the owner was totally super this home is right for you. Location was perfect for all parks and grocery stores. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

I haven’t had a stress free vacation in a very long time. This home and location was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect. Only one incident at night that the neighbor partied until the next morning, but that was the only incident. The owner answered all my questions within the day. I highly recommend this home.

The times that we are there it feels at home, the house is cozy, the beds are comfortable, the house is beautifully decorated and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Overall we really do enjoy our stay at Kasa Ornelas!!!!

Tv issues
It's not our responsibility to handle the TV issues being on vacation. All tvs was down. We couldn't watch the news for the weather! Netflix was the only channel. Fix your problem, First.

Property was nice but there were not enough towels, dryer did not work properly so drying clothes was a hassle, there were no condiments and tvs did not work except in movie room. None of the bedrooms had working tvs. Everything was relayed to owner who was very responsive and apologized for any mishaps

Villa Review
This is a gorgeous home with many amenities. Unfortunately the wi-fi and TV did not work. It was difficult to get any phone service and when I did I had to leave a message for the manager who got back to my DIL in about 8 hours. We finally got Wi-Fi on Wednesday but the TV never worked (we were able to do some streaming). The ice machine also did not work. It was very difficult to get tickets, order meal delivery and initiate directions without wi-fi. The TV room looked great and we had planned to watch the women's college basketball championship but had to go to a bar to do so. The pool was nice and the kids got a lot of use out of it. Plenty of space for meals and relaxation. Beds were comfortable. Rec Room was lots of fun. Location was convenient. Would have rated this rental much higher if we had wi-fi and TV.

Excellent property for a family with children, or even several adult family members. Loved the fact every bedroom had its own bath. The one drawback to this property is the parking situation. Because the garage contains a game room, the only parking is the driveway, which will only handle 2 vehicles comfortably. There is absolutely NO PARKING allowed on the street, and while the Vrbo said we could park in the clubhouse parking lot overnight, we received info from the gate attendant upon check-in that there could be none. Two of our vehicles received citations from the City of Kissimmee on night 6 of our stay, and our host promptly reimbursed us, which was awesome. However, this particular gated community needs to work with the property owners to provide additional parking opportunities that will not result in citations. With the exception of this issue, the property and Host were EXCELLENT!

Perfect Home for our Disney Vacation
Beautiful home! Exactly as pictured on listing and perfect for our large group that consisted of adults, teens, and children. Great communication with host. Quiet area but close to shopping and Old Town and a short drive to the Disney Parks. Heating the pool was worth it. Would definately return!

Really Great place to stay - Highly Recommended
Great place to stay, perfect location for Disney and Universal. Huge house for two families. The little extras like dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc all makes a difference. Victor replied within minutes of my query one night, which is always great to know that we're not waiting on someone till the next morning. 4 minutes from Aldi and Walmart. Would definitely stay there again.

Beyond Expectations !
We were beyond pleased 😀 by our stay! The house was super big and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and all enjoyed the games. The decoration was A plus and again....we really enjoyed. This house will be always our first choice in this area. Highly recommended for a big family!

This house has everything and more. It was spacious, clean, close to everything we needed. It was secure so we felt safe letting the kids go to the clubhouse area. The property owner was so nice and communicated all of the details. We will definitely recommend this house for large groups, plenty of room!

Everything was amazing in this home. I loved the open floor plan so that when I cooked and entertained, I was still able to see my babies swim and entertain with my friends and family. All of the beds were comfy and the neighborhood was completely secured. My older kids also enjoyed the neighborhood pool and jacuzzi . Oliver was very quick to respond through the app when needed . We will definitely be back on our next annual Florida trip. Thanks for the hospitality.

Peaceful Oasis
My family and I enjoyed every last minute of our vacation here. It rained quite a bit which forced us to cancel many of our plans but my family was totally cool with it because the house was so cozy we didn’t want to leave. We bought games for indoors and watched endless movies in the theater room. The room was equipped with everything you could think of…literally. The Wi-Fi was out upon arrival but the host kept us abreast of the situation and tried his best to accommodate us until the Wi-Fi was restored. I will definitely book this rental again.
