Christmas shopping break
Christmas shopping break in the city. Checking was quick and easy. The standard room that we stayed in was spacious and fully equipped with tea & coffee facilities, hair dryer etc. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city centre with lots of good restaurants at hand. The hotel’s own bar was very welcoming and breakfast was five star. Great place will definitely use again.

Location, location
Very central hotel to shops, restaurants and train and bus station. Quick check-in and very friendly receptionist. Our room was very large but I think because of that it took a long time to heat up.Cooked breakfast was lovely but was disappointed that if you wanted fruit it came out the same time as uour cooked breakfast. Other than that a great stay

A ok stay
Stayed overnight was in a room with no view room was large but a few issues, bins weren’t emptied from previous quests, only one towel in bathroom (although did discover another in the wardrobe when we were leaving). A bit disappointing. The location is great and breakfast was fine.

Amazing stay as always. 3rd time staying. Slept like a baby the bed was so comfortable and cosy. Never moved once we fell asleep. Food was excellent and breakfast choice wide. Staff so helpful nothing was to muvh bother. Very informed.

We had a room with a window that we couldn't open and also frosted over so could not see out, not mentioned when booking the room and not expected from 4 star hotel. Air con was terrible and didnt work properly. Lovely big room with lots of cupboard space but room a bit musty. Very central hotel and easy to get around.
