Excellent staff and location, great room and very clean. Dining room and bar felt a little dated and lacked atmosphere. Loft bar on 7th floor looked much better, but wasn’t open during the week.
A friendly and courteous staff in reception, restaurant and bar. Very pleasant atmosphere. Too was spacious with clean bathroom with great shower. Bed was very comfortable.
Location is right behind the City Hall and very convenient for Opera House, Ulster Hall and Waterfront Hall.
Food in restaurant and for breakfast were top quality. Def a place to return to…
Best hotel we have stayed in in Belfast. Staff were very friendly and our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent with no waiting on a table. Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Will definitely be ba k.
The property and staff were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. The restaurant/bar were very nice. The only problem was no parking near the hotel unless you get really lucky. Otherwise, there is a parking garage several blocks from the hotel.
We had an amazing two night stay. Our only complaint was we didn’t book for long enough, we will return. Great location, great facilities and staff were outstanding.
