This House has High Speed Internet from Spectrum with Download Speeds up to 400 mbps
This space includes first the Mickey Mouse themed kitchen & dinning area in the front of the house that can seat 9 persons at a time. While the Star Wars themed Family & Living Room are located to the rear of the house. Your can stream on the projector and Tv. The living room Tv includes Disney + Subscription. Next to the Family Room where the Tv and seating is located is the Darth Vader themed main master suite which includes a crib, walk-in closet and bathroom suite with a large tub to fit 2 and a standing Shower and his & her vanities.
Upstairs you will be guided by lights to the World of Disney as each room is themed to one of the most favorite Disney movies your children will love to explore and have amazing dreams in. To the front of the house you will have the Disney's Brave Room with lighting surprises in store. Outside this room is a full bath that can be shared with the other bedrooms. Next to the this room also located in the front is Disney's Up Suite which includes a private full bathroom.
Upstairs to the rear of the house you will come across the world of Sugar Rush from Disney's Wreck it Ralph. Please be aware there is a candy machine that takes quarters for a handful of candy :). Next to this room that has a view of the rear of the house is Mickey's Fantasia Room. Your children will experience a light show of a galaxy night sky with Mickey's Magic.
Note all tv's in each room are capable in casting from your devices.
Last but not least enjoy the outdoor screened heated pool* with a patio and grill. We charge a cleaning fee of $40 to use the grill. It can be paid prior or after your reservation. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.
*To heat the pool, it takes 24 hours to be completely heated, so let us know if you want the heated pool at least 24 hours before the day you want it heated. It costs $50 per day
You will have access to the whole property. From the front door to the private pool and patio with grill in the backyard.

This Amazing home is located in a peaceful gated community in Crystal Cove Resort. Have a beautiful walk in the neighborhood to the community pool and recreational center..
Near Disney World and just a 5 minute drive away from Walmart and other amazing stores.
The best way to travel to the stores nearby is by driving no more than 5 mins to Wal-Mart, Chic-fil-a and Medieval Times, Walgreens and much more restaurants, gas stations and many more stores

Please be aware there are cameras at the front and rear of the house. Security will confirm amount of people entering the home at all times. If the number of guests exceed the amount that was listed on your reservation, Your reservation will be canceled immediately and you will NOT receive a refund.
HOUSE LEFT IN DISARRAY (additional) - $50
Any parties that are held under reservation you will be charged $1000
You will be charged $15 for each stained, damaged or missing towel
If there are any damages to any electronic devices and or entertainment consoles you will be charged the full amount of cost to replace those devices .
If any of the following devices are removed from the property Xbox and Xbox controllers, Oculus Quest 2 and arcade console. you will be charged $500.
If any devices are stolen and or damaged by any person under your reservation we will hold you responsible for the cost of the replacement.

NO PARTIES - This is a residential community, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, during this time noise must be kept to a minimum. If you throw a party at the house, this will result in the neighbors calling the police, your reservation will be immediately terminated, and we will charge you a fine of $1.000.
NO PETS-Any pets brought into the home you will be charged $425 for cleaning and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
If you have a service dog you must provide the supportive documents prior to your reservation.
NO SMOKING- No smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged a fine of $200 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Subject to $500 Cleaning fee
Please be aware that there are security cameras outside of the home that will detect how many guests are entering the home.
For all gaming equipment, If there is any damage or loss to the equipment in the home, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
No street parking after 8pm or your vehicle will be towed by security.
Driveway can fit only 3 vehicles
We charge a cleaning fee of $40 to use the grill. It can be paid prior or after your reservation. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.
$20 for every damaged/ missing towel
$50 a day for heating of the pool
Do NOT touch the pool equipment/machinery at the side of the house, otherwise you will get a $100 fine.
All items in the home including decorations to devices are not to be removed from the premises
