Kia center hotel

Not bad, check in was easy valet was easy. Hotel was clean and comfy and perfect location. Elevator was broken and wifi didn't work. Bar on the 18th floor was nice.

Upon check-in the parking was full and there were no alternative parking options, but worse the elevators were inoperable. Rooms start on floor 20. This was very frustrating. Fortunately, the staff was calm and polite during this chaos, but their hands were tied without many options for recourse — it was a sh*t show. Once we arrived in our hotel room, we found it to be worn and not very clean. The floors were extremely dirty. It’s a very very loud hotel overlooking the freeway. It’s a perfect location for walking to the ikea center (less than 5 minutes) and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in excellent conditions, the room was very nice and cozy with a nice view, and it was walking distance to KIA center where we had a concert.
