This was my second stay at the Rooms Inn. I re-booked after my first visit was a really good experience. The room and price of £43 for a double was great. We entered our room on the second visit and initially it looked fine although not as nice as the first one. It looked a bit dated but the bed and the room looked clean. Another story when using the bathroom. The bath, sink and toilet looked clean but then I started noticing all the hairs. A curly on the sink, top of bath and the floor had a lot of ling hair. Obviously, it had not been hoovered or mopped. A couple would not have bothered me. I went to reception and told the receptionist. All the cleaners had gone home but hesaid he would see whathe could do when we went out. Came back, still there. I got soetoilet paper to clean it up myself and found behind the toilet was dirty.

Inconsiderate idiots in room next door, had to phone reception at 00.45 to disburse group gathering making major noise. Basic room but considering price did the job.

The stay itself was good, staff were amazing, the only thing I’d say is there was some minor work needed, bottom of the bath, felt it was gonna come away from the wall as I got out, plaster towards bottom of door was coming off, the room needs fully dusted, loved the breakfast bag.

Good location

Great location. Everything looks a bit tired but that is reflected in the price. Good location for exploring Newcastle and 15 mins from the railway station so also ideal. Would recommend if on a budget. Love the breakfast bag.

Exceedingly warm room even with window open and a fan on, made uncomfortable sleeping. Bathroom could do with modernising, although plenty of hot water, loo roll holder fell off the wall (fixing screws missing) But its convenient for city centre so guess you get what you pay for, shame the apple in the breakfast bag to go hadn't been washed.

Perfect

Fabulous spot for visiting the city. Bus stop right outside. Staff so friendly and helpful. Perfect little breakfast bag in the mornings. Sheets clean, towels clean and lovely large shower with plenty of hot water. Just the decor needs touching up. Fabulous friendly pub across the road with fab food. Usual hotel sounds but not noisy at all. Fans in the rooms were well needed in the heatwave.

The room was of a really good size. It had everything you would need, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. Tea tray was good. Check in was very easy and the young man was very helpful. All areas were clean and tidy.

Bathroom of a good size. Bit dissapointed with the shower. Shower head was really small, had to be facing towards the wall or it would have ran onto the bathroom. I am only small but found the height of the toilet very low. Towels were of a good siz

I only found one problem in the bedroom. The bedside lights don't have switches on both sides, so had to get out of bed to walk round and switch off. Very well equipped room.

The room and bathroom were clean and there was plenty of parking. Grab and Go breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The drawback was the loud banging of the front and internal doors, which went on to 2am. If the door could close quietly, it would be a better place to stay.

I enjoyed my three night stay at the Room's Inn again. The double en suite room was immaculate & well presented. The bed was comfortable & i slept well. The breakfast provided was pleasing along with free wifi & other amenities. The staff at the Room's in are both friendly & helpful who provide excellent customer service. I am now looking forward to my next stay at the Room's Inn which shall be next week afterall.
