Smelly room

Room 707 was our room, the room smelt of drains and it was so bad we had a shower it made us smell like it and i had to go out and buy new clothes as ours smelt of it. Looking for a refund as it was the worst night ever

Perfect stay

We stayed here for our anniversary and everything was just perfect. Was even hibrn a complimentary bottle of prosecco as a gift. Will definitely be staying more often and highly recommend this place.

Hotel appeared tired. Both common spaces as well as my room incl bathroom. The gym was a reason for choosing the hotel, due to a need to do exercises post surgery, but it was out of commission, which I wasn't made aware of ahead of the trip. Breakfast choices were of low quality: coffee, sausages, beans.

Don't enter Sandman

Room was dusty and some items needed repair. The traffic noise was constant all through the night. The bed was comfy but sleep was broken due to noise. The facilities advertised when I booked said there was some onsite parking but Trump style the hotel said this was false information. Though they did offer a deal for £17 with a nearby multi storey. Didnt try food partially due to state of room and knew a great place to eat elsewhere.

Hotel is quirky, had everything we need and more, includes a fridge and a microwave. Location suits our needs. Right outside St James Park, 10 minute walk to arena and shops in-between

I recently stayed at the Sandman Signature Hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The Executive Suite was fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and equipped with a convenient kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and practical. The service and hospitality were top-notch, with staff always eager to assist and make the experience exceptional. The hotel's location couldn’t be better. It’s just a stone’s throw from St. James's Park Metro station, making getting around the city seamless. Plus, it’s close to an array of amazing restaurants, shopping spots, and all the attractions you’d want to explore. Highly recommended for a luxurious and convenient stay in the heart of the city!

We were able to check in early as the room was ready, and Mo, the lovely gentleman on reception gave us a free bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating my 40th. Lovely room and comfortable beds. One downside which is not the hotels fault, completely ours is that we didn’t check the football fixtures. It is right outside St James Park and we left the hotel just as the match was kicking out and it was absolute carnage. But that’s our fault. The hotel was fab.

Strange room

Bathroom is so weirdly placed in the room the shower was horrid felt like the bathroom was gonna flood and the frosted glass had peep holes couldnt use the shower or toilet felt like had no privacy!!!
