Parking problematic but excellent receptionist and manager sorted this. Dinner and breakfast scanty - seems to be the trend for all high-end hotels- cost cutting? Best to eat elsewhere? Bridge view room fabulous 💛

The staff were great. They have a useful policy of giving bar vouchers if you choose not to have your room cleaned. They also gave us some complimentary snacks in the bar while we were having our drinks too. The hotel is conveniently located. Our room directly faced some offices & wasn’t as luxe as we had hoped though.

Lovely hotel on the quayside, in easy reach of bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the city centre. On arrival we got a room upgrade for £10! Rooms were immaculate with everything you could think of for your stay. 5* will be staying here again in the future!

Better than expected for young children
Very convenient parking across the street, room very well equipped for children, providing a cot a changing mat and a nappy bin! Breakfast included in booking which was also a good offering. Great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
