Well located

Well located, 10 minute walk to west jesmond metro stop. Just a few minutes from the main 'strip' on osborne road. The hotel itself was very clean but could do with updating. I was in room 7, it was very small but decent enough.

Spot on

Friendly and genuine greeting. Our room's card reader was faulty, but it was no problem at all for whoever was on reception to unlock the door when required. Free parking, room was good and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff all went out of their way to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be.

Did the job for 1 night, Close to the metro and 2 or 3 stops away from St James Park which was handy. The lock on the door was not working properly on entry to the room. Bit inconvenient as had to ask everytime i needed back in. Despite this small issue I would consider a return on future trips to the toon.

Friendly reception ( George). Nice neighbourhood. Good access to supermarkets and restaurants. Basic accomodation. Will benefit from refurbishment. Comfortable stay for one night.

The hotel is in good condition and in a nice area with cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a family room which was very clean and comfortable. The only negative was there is very limited parking, we were fortunate to get the last parking space but other than that I can't fault our stay. Would happily stay here again.
