The entire unit is was recently remodeled. It has all new appliances, TV, AC, Kitchen, furniture, blankets, pillows, etc. This unit was professionally decorated. Park Shore Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination with 13 acres of waterways and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The resort offers free Wi-Fi inside and outside the units. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, racquetball, new pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa, and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property.
Conveniently located in walking distance to grocery, restaurant and shopping. Within a mile are some of Naples most beautiful beaches. Our resort is also located near Venetian Village, golf, world-class shopping, Naples Pier, and the Naples Performing Arts Center.
Park Shores will charge you a one time $115 Resort fee that fee is paid directly to the association. This is a ONE TIME per reservation not per person and not per day. The $115 fee covers your entire stay.

Small Condo But Large Bedrooms with King beds

Unit was very clean. Both bathrooms are tired and need updating. It would have been nice to have been left a couple of bars of soap. Beds were very comfortable, overall the unit was nice.

Sweet escape

It was our first time in Naples. I went there with my family to relax and unwind. The property was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the view from the balcony while having breakfast. The interior design was rustic with inspiring messages. We were a bit sad that the hot tub is not working eapecially since we could not swim in the beach at this time but overall we enjoyed the place. Diana was very prompt in responding to messages.

Convenient to activities and restaurants

This was an excellent location for an overdue girl's trip. Marko Island is a short drive away, and a trip to the Botanical Gardens was very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Everyone on the property is friendly and helpful. The condo is well stocked. I highly recommend it. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time staying at Park Shores Resort. Our host Diana was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The condo was newly renovated, clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with nearly everything we needed during our trip. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, and we had a great time playing pickleball as a family. We also really enjoyed eating at Hogfish Harry's on site. Everyone at the resort was very friendly. The location is great, within close distance to several beaches, restaurants, and nice neighborhoods. We would highly recommend booking a stay at Park Shores Resort.

Easy and central to Naples

My super senior dad and wife and I stayed at this condo. The location was close to 5th Ave restaurants and shopping. Close to the other mall where we all got B12 vitamin shots to keep us healthy and give us a boost of energy to have fun in Naples. The place was clean and had everything we needed and had a cool, comfy decor. It was cold so we didn't get to use the pool or patio while we were there. We will stay again next time.

Great stay

Would have given our stay 5 stars, but the facility was a little run-down. Elevator was nasty. The condo was beautiful, but the building didn’t measure up. Great time in a wonderful condo!

Family Stay

The property was exactly what we were looking for a wide range in ages (infant, 30s, 50s) with the pool and onsite restaurant. The unit was clean and plenty of space. Surprisingly really enjoyed the patio and spent a good amount of time out there! The surrounding area has plenty walkable of restaurant and shopping options. The Venetian Bay Area was fun to walk to, shop, and eat at.

Must Stay!!

The place was just as advertised! The restaurant on site (Hogfish Harry’s) was absolutely delicious! Everyone in my family of 5 had a different meal & we were all very impressed!! Diana was so accommodating and extremely responsive! It’s located centrally & within a short distance to many stores and restaurants and the beach. We went saw sunsets at Clam Park beach (closest beach) and spent a day 15 min North at Vanderbilt Beach and spent one day 15 min South at Naples Pier and 5th Ave South. The place was almost resort-like with a large pool. They were super friendly and helpful at the front desk lobby. We enjoyed the wildlife (lizards, turtles, birds, ducks, fish) all around us. I will definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to book another family vacation at this little treasure. :)

60th Birthday Celebration

We loved the property, super clean, and stocked with all you need to enjoy the stay. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. The location is GREAT... convenient to the beach and the shops. Park Shores Resort isn't the newest property in town but friendly staff and Hogfish Harry's is delicious.

Spring Break

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. It’s an older condo complex but well maintained. Location is as described - 5-10 minutes drive to beach. It’s off of Rt 41 - very busy main 6+ lane road. A few restaurants and Publix short walk away. Other than that … you’ll need to drive everywhere.

Very comfortable and updated!

We really enjoyed our stay here even though we didn’t spend much time in the condo (we were moving into our own place) The furnishings were very updated and beds were super comfortable! Loved having the Hoggish Harry’s restaurant and bar just steps away! The pool is great too! Photos of the condo were 💯 accurate! I would highly recommend this place for couples and families!
