Naples Grande Beach Resort offers 474 accommodations with iPod docking stations and safes. Rooms open to balconies. Beds feature premium bedding. Refrigerators and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs, designer toiletries, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

Major changes need to happen

The hotel needs to hire more maids so that each one has more time to clean. The rooms aren't to the level of cleanliness I expect in a hotel that is this expensive. My mom had a giant yellow stain on her comforter, which is disgusting. I blame the hotel more than the maids because they're not given proper time. The carpets in the rooms need to go that's so disgusting to have in a hotel room. There's no way they're properly sanitized after each guest. The pillows are so uncomfortable and useless. Also, my room's TV wasn't working, which is something that should be checked out before guests are checked in. And it still wasn't working properly even after the maintenance guy came to fix it. The rooms need some serious renovation, if we're being honest. The tipping is getting out of control in the hotel as well. I was charged a 5 dollar delivery fee and like a 18 or 20 percent tip on room service. Mind you, they're just bringing up the food a few floors up. The spa charges a 22 percent tip, which is crazy. The umbrellas are 20 bucks when they should be free for guests. Again, this is an expensive hotel.

The property was beautiful, just a short walk to the beach. Pool area was well kept. Check in and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate at the pool and the beach restaurants - not only was the staff unfriendly and inattentive at both, the food was poor. We didn’t take a chance with the other restaurants- we ate off the property for dinner.

This is one of our favorite spots in Naples. The beach access is sublime. The resort itself is very nice, however becoming dated quickly. The only drawback is the food is extremely overpriced and they are stingy with portions. So we suggest you eat off the resort. Otherwise it was a great day. We hope that they upgrade this property soon.
