We had a great time at Naples Bay Resort the staff are super courtesies and friendly, super clean and the beach is 10 minutes way from the Resort, they have a family pool for the kids and one for adult only, overall good Resort well recommended.

Wonderful resort! All Staff were very friendly! From the check-in desk to the Concierge (Hope) to the shuttle/cart drivers to the bar staff to janitorial services— everyone was smiling and eager to help! In a time when customer service often leaves a lot to be desired, these folks were spot on! My daughter enjoyed “the best massage she’s ever had”! We were super happy with our stay! One word of caution….they mean it when they say ‘no outside food allowed’. Our specialty snacks we brought (good for blood sugar) were thrown away. No bueno.

Car alarms were sounding the entire night, and the room smelled like mold. Asked for a change of room and had to pay for upgrade Horrible interaction with staff. I try to check out the next day and was told i had to speak to expedia. Spoke to expedia and they stayed that was incorrect and that they would call for a refund of the unused nights. Manager agreed to credit me the 2 night. Expedia was very helpfull getting me a solution.

Muy buen hotel, todo su personal es muy amable, los cuartos están muy limpios y las instalaciones así como la alberca en muy buenas condiciones Habitación 242 en la parte superior se escuchaban muchos ruidos por la noche algo así como si estuvieran trabajando fue el único inconveniente
