Loved the tropical environment outside. Peaceful. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping come by daily. My only complaint my room didn’t have a microwave or desk area. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great. Will definitely consider this Best Western again if I ever go back to this area. The only thing that really grinded my gears was the mother who let her small child run around the pond with the fish in it, and jump into it! I'd recommend putting signs around the ponds so people would know to keep their kids off the rocks and out of the water.
