During Spring and Summer this home requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Any other time we require a 4-night minimum stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator. Included in your total is a fee charged for the use of the elevator.
This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.
