The property was okay stuff was good but the main problem was the elevator wasn’t working and we had 4 rooms 15 people and nearly 20 luggages. Unfortunately there was nobody to help for those eventhough the elevator was not working. Also the other thing is the rooms are too dark and ac was very bad

Iconic hotel from scarface still feels sketchy

Really not much to say it’s old art deco witch should be very nice and iconic but sadly no .Very dirty elevator not working no help with bags . The restaurant was a scam show prices then lump on surcharge of 17% and still expect a Tip . Overall very very poor and I’m glad it was only one night

Art Deco architecture. I'm so glad these classic old buildings are being renovated and kept for the future. The area is SO expensive. Being charged for coffee refill is over-the-top.

Location is great and the restaurant was great. The room was great as long as you kept the shades closed. The downside was a hard bed and other rooms slamming their doors closed as late as 1:30am. The hotel should have a constant reminder not to slam doors for the sake of other guests.

Our room 319 end floor 3 on left had odor smell, possibly like mildew … Only reason for not making it excellent was due to that. Our friends room across hall had no windows odor. Montana Scarface bar restaurant was nice fun. But had lower inside bar not in use but as storage.
