Downtown hotel near academic healthcare facilities
Stayed for a short business trip. The property was easy to access and had safe parking in the deck attached to the hotel. The property had limited restaurant access and was not a walkable location for dinners or shopping. The hotel was clean but needs updating.

Only rating because we had such a pleasant experience with Thomas at the front desk! Our original hotel booked fell through so we had to scramble finding a new room after arriving late to Miami following multiple flight delays (don't ever fly American Airlines). But Thomas helped us get into an available room around 8am despite letting us know that it wasn't a guarantee. Overall would come back just because check-in was such a pleasant experience!

This hotel was very convenient for our stay. We are close to the ferry. We were close to the city. We were also accommodated with a better room once our given room had no air-conditioning. The hotel also had continental breakfast included, which had a lot of options overall it was a great experience. I will definitely stay there again.
