From the time we arrived we had nothing but issues with checking in, once we finally got checked in the condo was nice but NOT clean at all. We first noticed several of the windows had what appeared to be sunscreen smeared on them! I contacted the property manager and while we were waiting on her to send someone to address, my mother sat down on the sofa and got her entire back side wet…when I told the property manager this I was told it was because it just needed to dry because it had been cleaned…if that was the case the entire sofa would have been still wet! While I was not happy with this situation, I knew we wouldn’t be sitting on the couch much anyways so I let it go! The next issue is so nasty I still can’t believe… I pulled the covers back to get into bed and the fitted sheet was dirty, after looking closer and pulling the fitted sheet up, the mattress protector had blood on it!!!! Now that tells me that neither had been addressed or looked at! I was in disbelief of my findings, I contacted the desk downstairs but of course they can’t do anything because it is managed by BW Miami.. I attempted to call them and the lady on staff told me they could address it first thing in the morning… absolutely not! After much back and forth with this lady, I even emailed her the pictures I told her we were leaving and going to find another place to stay that I wanted her to refund my money, she told me she couldn’t do that a manager could and it would be the next day! Well you guessed it no one will return my emails now or even respond to my request! Please take your money and rent something else so that you can enjoy it! Sad that company’s take advantage of families just trying to have a nice vacation!!!
